Jack and his team were great - polite, trustworthy, nice guys who did a great job identifying our issue (freon leak), providing us with clear options (refill or replace, but refilling came with risks and was ultimately a temporary solution), and then a very competitive price on the replacement unit. They installed an air exchange system and redid the nozzles on the furnace. I found Direct Air from driving past their place on the way into town and had seen their ads. They worked very hard and did a great job.
