We hired Total Home Windows and Doors to replace all of our windows, sliding doors and entrance doors, approximately 25 openings and some of which were over 50 years old. The results were outstanding and we are more than pleased.

We started our journey back in January with Eugene calling me back after several other companies didnt bother calling back or wanted to provide them with measurements myself.

Eugene was great. He provided us with realistic timelines and he was spot on. Mid April we got a call to book the installation. The lovely gentlemen just came on Monday and did a fantastic job. They kept the area as clean as possible. They cleaned after themselves both in a out. Very happy with the doors. Immediate improvement, there is no air coming in causing part of the house to be cold.

I dealt with Daniel from Total Home Windows and Doors to replace 12 windows and 2 Storm Doors. Daniel gave an honest and competitive quote. Daniel gave me both options of replacing brick to brick and retrofitting the windows.
Most of my competitive quotes would not offer retrofitting and they would blatantly not recommend it as the frame would get damaged during removal of the old windows. I watched the guys remove the old windows and its a LOT of work to do it properly. You will get some nicks and scratches in the frame but TH did a good job plastering those up. I do have some more touch ups I need to do on the frame but that's a drop in the bucket for the money saved by doing retrofitting.
I also got Total Home to replace my storm doors. The installation of the storm doors took a little long (they had to come back a few days later to complete) but they did an AMAZING job with the installation and the door looks amazing.
I would definitely recommend these guys for replacing your Windows.
