Quality work and finishes. Crew was organized and efficient. They covered all furniture and put down drop cloths to collect dust. The removal of the windows was done with no damage to the home, the installation was clean, neat and professional. I can speak from a perspective of a construction worker and project manager with years of experience, this crew did a stand up job. Product they installed seems like it is backed by a solid warranty and looks like a quality product.

We just recently replaced about half of all the windows in our house. Eddy is the salesperson and is fantastic. Installation is quick and great too. We are very pleased with their work.

We had an excellent experience with Total Home Windows and Doors. Their price was very competitive and the salesperson was knowledgeable and had a very no-pressure approach. The windows and door were ready within their estimated timeframe. The installers were polite and hard-working. They finished everything very nicely and cleaned up the work area when completed. The windows and door are all of very high quality and covered by a lifetime warranty. Several cold areas of our home are much more comfortable with the new windows installed.

The guys did such an amazing job on my windows and they are very friendly very clean as they put drop sheets down where they we working and throughout the halls and stairs very very professional would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had to replace all the windows in my house. First I went to another company and they quoted close to 15 grand! I searched online and found Total Home Windows and Doors. I booked a meeting with Anatoliy, and the way he explained everything to me plus the price really impressed me. I immediately booked them for the window replacement. The day of the replacement, Ben was onsite and he took great care to install everything and answered any questions I had. His team was very efficient in installing all windows within the day. In mid November we have placed an order with Total Home Doors and Windows for fiberglass double entry doors with 3/4 glass inserts and multi locking (triple point deadlock) system. On doors outside we wanted
dark walnut stain and on inside white paint. Many companies we interviewed wouldn't allow different stain color outside and inside. Total Home accepted all our requirements and the doors were delivered and installed on Jan. 16, 2020. We love our new doors. We have nothing but a praise for Total Home especially for professionalism of the sales rep Eddy REZNIK and meticulous husband-wife installer team Longin and Elisabeth.

Excellent service from sales to installation. As part of our kitchen reno we had to downsize the window to clear counter height. Project timing was difficult around Christmas break. Vitaly and both his crews (Andrii and his window install crew as well as the bricklaying crew) went above and beyond to ensure the window was installed in time. We love the new window and will use this company again on any future projects. We would highly recommend Vitaly and his team to others as well.

When we decided to replace our windows we got several quotes, one of those quotes was Total Windows, we meant with Eddy Reznik, what a great guy, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and even give us information that we didn't know, BRICK TO BRICK and what it mean we really appreciated that.
