Had all the windows and side door in our housed replaced and the pricing was very good as compared to the other quotes we had received. The only issue we had was that the guys who were responsible for replacing the windows showed up one hour earlier than we expected on the first day and we were not ready. But other than that, they did a great job. Thanks!

The measurements are always bang on never any issues with the orders. Being a custom builder we are very confident that these windows will last for a very long time without any issues. My wife and I decided to replace all of our basement windows, and replace our front window with a new bay window. We also needed to replace our sliding door. We had 3 separate quotes for these items prior to meeting with Vitaly from Total Home Windows and Doors. Total Home was referred to me by a friend who had new windows installed recently. When we met Vitaly, we were very impressed with the quality and value of Total Home's products. We are fairly well informed on window technology, and really liked what Total Home offered. Because the value was excellent, we decided to add a replacement storm door (including door frame) to the quote.

Vitaly was very professional and attentive to our needs. He wanted our business, and his quote was attractive. Besides that, we felt we were getting quality products, with an excellent warranty and appearance. The price of our quote wasn’t our only deciding factor.

The install was performed by a crew of 3 installers. They removed & installed 5 basement windows, a sliding door, a steel side door and built a new large Bay window all in one day! Everything was installed and finished by early evening! The crew also kept the work areas clean and tidy, and all garbage was removed at the end of the day, leaving the home as clean as when they arrived!

We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our windows and doors, and appreciate how well we were looked after. We highly recommend Total Home for replacement windows and doors!

Had numerous quotes but we settled on using this company due to their straight forward answers and patience in addressing our needs and budget. Vitaly (owner) himself visited us multiple times to review and put together a a plan of action. Great care was taken to ensure that what we were promised was delivered. Calls and text messages were answered promptly. There was no sugar-coating expectations. We were thoroughly explained what the end product would be and what we would receive with our budget. Vitaly and installers were professional in all discourse and responded to any concerns with a suitable solution. The job was performed in 1 day (all 14 windows and door) with care taken in remaining clean. It is refreshing finding a company in the renovation business that cares about not just doing a job but doing it correctly. We will be recommending this company to our family and friends. The only thing is that the reno took place couple weeks later than the original date but this was due to the installer hurting his back.. so this was understandable. Otherwise they even installed my Samsung smart lock for me. Very happy.
