The salesperson Anna is an efficient and patient lady and she explain me everything and help to choose pet proof screen for my patio door , Total Home Windows and Doors completed order in less than 3 weeks and installation was very smooth and professional by two installers from the company.

We are very pleased with the quality and products of this company. We called Total Home Windows and Doors and Vitaly came to our place to provide options and pricing. The same day, two Techs came and did the measurement for our three windows. After about two weeks these were installed by a very skilful and professional team of two people.
We will gladly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors.

Thank you Total Home Windows and Doors. From our first meeting of the sales representative to the installation crew, they were professional, on time and provided quality work. Everyone was diligent and a pleasure to deal with. Well done!

I chose this company after doing my due diligence and taking 3 separate quotes. I chose them because of their reviews and their price.

Bad idea. After sales service is horrible. Anna had promised a warranty on all items installed. I had an extra large 36" front door put in to replace my current 32" door with a side light. The door installers Eduardo and team were professional and good at what they did. However they managed to short out my doorbell wires and it cost me an extra 200 to hire an electrician to fix this. They would not own up to the mistake even after showing them pictures of a nail through the wires. Also the weather stripping at the bottom of the door is tearing apart already, not even a year after the installation. I have called and asked Anna to fix this and never mined Fixing, she or her team hasn't even come to have a look.

The garage door was a complete mess. Total Windows and doors does not do the garage doors themselves. They hire a third party contractor (Steven) to do this. The finishing was totally botched and after many times of the contractor returning the garage door is still a mess. The door was installed crooked, the garage door opener was installed on a slant. the caulking around the capping is horrendous. The door makes a lot of noise when opened and almost sounds as if it is going to fall off. Originally no sensors were installed for safety. After calling and complaining the contractor came back to install them. The contractors work is not professional at all. He left a mess in my garage, with screws and bolts everywhere. Whatever you do, DO NOT get a garage door installed by them.

To cap it all off I feel the Front main door was ok other than the fact that there is no after sales support. Make sure to check and test everything before they leave. Don't expect any kind of help after they have received your money.
And as said earlier, DO NOT get your garage door from them.

I feel I wasted $3000 on these guys, don't be fooled by them. Anna Especially.

Update...

They did come back and fix the issue. The garage door contractor they use had changed now and they have a new guy doing it. He is much better at what he does. Years later, both doors are still holding up well and the quality is good. I will give them a second chance.

Vitaly was very professional and pleasant when he came over to have a discussion and give me a quote on new replacement windows and their installation. He kept his patience and showed no lack of knowledge while answering my questions. The installation crew was amazing, very efficient and effective with each window that they installed, they really put in the extra effort. I would recommend Total Home to anyone who would ask me for a company that replaces and installs windows.

We are very happy with the quality of windows, the installers were hardworking, and explained everything.

Vitali and his team are awesome! They came in - providing a quality product. They were detailed in their measurements and installed exactly the windows and doors that I wanted. They were afforable given everything I asked for (Im rather a specific kind of girl!) and installed with presicion. They are awesome and I would definitely reccomend them to my family and friends. In fact I already have.

They gave excellent advice and made a remarkable effort to get the job done properly , on time and on budget. Very knowledgable staff , patiently and thoroughly examined all options available. Extremely hard workers installed the products .
