i am thrilled with the cleaning job I received from this company. The person arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of my basement apartment. The former tenant left it pretty messy and this cleaner got it sparkling like new. I cannot say enough about this company and I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

We chose De Home because of the great reviews to clean our condo on HomeStars and we weren't disappointed! Right from the initial consultation through to cleaning, we felt though De Home truly cared about providing good service. We have used them twice now for condo cleaning and we plan to use them once every three weeks. The pricing is very reasonable and we're really happy with the service. John, who does the bookings, is very flexible in terms of accommodating your schedule. In fact, John has gone above and beyond for us each time. The cleaning lady was very friendly and professional and did an absolutely incredible job.

They did a good job. It was exactly what we asked for with no surprises or delays. They stayed for seven hours and did a deep cleaning throughout the house. We will definitely use their services again.

De Home Clean has been cleaning my 4 bedroom house bi-weekly for a couple months now. John and Cassia are very kind and easy to communicate with by phone or email. They respond right away confirming their appointments. For every visit they have been on time and done excellent work. Before we moved into our new condo, we wanted a thorough clean done as the previous owners weren't the cleanest. We were so impressed with how squeaky clean our home was after De Home went through it! From the bathrooms to the kitchen to the bedrooms...even the inside of all the appliances (including the laundry machines!) were sparkling! Definitely recommended.

I hired the company because if 10/10 reviews but I was not happy with this company. John and Cassia are nice people but their cleaners are not very efficient. 2 cleaners stayed in my home for 4.5 hours and I'm not sure what they did. My house was already pretty clean but I wanted an in-depth clean. Details like surfaces of cabinets were missed. I came home in the middle of the cleaning and one of the ladies was on her phone pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot. My house was only marginally cleaner than when I left it. The work could have been done much faster but they charge by the hour and do not give a quote.

**I realize now that I was unnecessarily harsh with this company. They offered to re-clean my home but I did not give them a chance. I am sorry, commend John for his professionalism and have changed my rating to 10/10**

What an amazingly easy experience! De Home definitely delivered a flawless cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the process. Since crazy hours at my new job prevented me from keeping my 1BR spic/span (dusting is the bane of my existence), I knew I needed help!
I explained my situation via email, and John promptly replied with a quote and available dates (no turning back now). He texted me to confirm the appt. a few days in advance, and promptly showed up on the big day with vacuum, supplies, and two (2) helper at the ready! Few hours later -- Microwave? Spotless. Toaster oven? Spotless. Balcony? Spotless. Floor behind the fold-out sofa? You guessed it -- spotless. I was proud to give my mother the full 30-second tour.
My endorsement? Would definitely recommend them and as for me they left with a spare set of keys to my place so they can come back cleanings any time I need it.

I made an arrangement with De home clean service before moving in to a new apartment. The previous tenant left the place extremely filthy with a greesy kitchen and a very bad odour.
Having an obsessive compulsive nature when it comes to hygiene, i couldn't settle for less than a perfect clean.
De home did an AMAZING job. I asked for 2 cleaners, and they arrived on time with their superviser (Casia). They were very cheerful and did a detailed kleaning from floor to ceiling. They removed all the grease from the kitchen, and it was very shiny after wards. They washed the dishes, cleaned the microwave, cleaned the oven, inside of the cabinets and closets, and all of the furniture, with a detailed clean to the toilets and sinks. They even disinfected the washer machine. The place smelled like a fresh garden afterwards.
After the ladies finished, (john) came and washed the carpets with a special machine, and we let it dry over night.
The company has very good rates. They charge 80 dollars for the 1st 3 hours, then 24 dollars for every extra hour. The carpet wash has an extra charge. If you don't want to pay the extra, let me assure you that the vacuuming alone was really good. I had to do a wash because it was a moving-in one time cleaning.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends, and i would definetly use their servise again.

De Home just cleaned out my condo after it took a beating from the previous occupant. They brought life back to a stove that was in horrible shape and the fridge is so clean it looks like new. They also did wonders in the bathroom and some other problem areas. They paid a lot of attention to the details that made what they did so fabulous. Even the tracks where the sliding doors run was cleaned out and they cleaned the windows, mopped the floor and cleared out the junk left by the previous occupant. These sound like things you’d expect, but I’ve had other cleaners and they didn’t do nearly as good a job as De Home. You can tell they take pride in their work and work hard to make sure you're satisfied. They arrived on time and actually finished the job earlier than anticipated. I’ve found my cleaning company and will definitely call them back again when I need a clean up job, not to mention that I will be recommending them to my friends without hesitation. Thank you John, Cassia and crew for a fantastic job. I am so happy I’ve found you.
