I don't really expect a lot from a key cutting business. All I needed is a motorcycle key to be cut as well as mail box keys to be copied, since I had a very bad experience with Canadian tire key cut nothing worked smoothly, this time I tried a professional locksmith. The mail box keys fit very well into their respective locks open and close smoothly, also finally I had my motorcycle key, and I could ride my bike, it was quick knowledgeable and friendly service.

I thought we would have to replace the door system but fortunately Dani L was able to repair the parts. He did a great job and educated me on this door--from Germany. Other locksmiths didn't want to touch it so I was grateful that Dani had the expertise to fix it.

Long story short, over the winter time we had our cottage broken into while we were out, lots of mess !! We called several Locksmith companies asking for an estimate as well as explaining that its a cottage a bit far from the city, we had several locksmiths given us an outrages cost for the door & frame repair or I also had a company who said "we do not drive that far, even though its an emergency " finally I found Matrix locksmith on the web, the customer services was good , also they have reasonable prices, the Locksmith arrived the same day, did an excellent job, fixing my door& Frame, I save some money by not replacing the door so I could invest into a high security lock system to be installed, hopefully it will prevent future break in's.
