Any renovation we complete it is our goal to treat your home like it was our home. We create barriers and use fans in windows to help minimize and mitigate dust from spread through your home. Secondly a tidy job site also makes your home safer for not just us but you too. That’s why our team cleans up daily.

We are so pleased that you love your washrooms and laundry room cabinet that we renovated for you, they all look fantastic.

It did take some time planning all the materials and fixtures for your washrooms but making sure that you had everything you wanted the tile selection vanity choices is important and we realize that. It’s our job to help you and facilitate coordinating this with you.

We are usually pretty good at coordinating our projects so they run on time and start when we say we are going to start. Having a dedicated team assigned to your project eliminates delays and we ensure we are there every day once your project commences until we are finished.

From time to time we can come access issues or problems that need to be resolved that are not part of the original scope of work. We do our best to resolve and make sure we can keep the job on time even when this happens.

It’s important to leave our job sites tidy and clean daily for a couple of reasons. A clean job site is a safe home for you and a safe workplace for our team.

Moving out of your home and entrusting us with your home during a renovation sure is a big deal and we are sure it is very daunting as a homeowner. Unfortunately when undergoing a kitchen renovation and your second floor main bathroom leaves you with little choice.

Planning for a project of this magnitude required extensive planning to ensure the drawings and permits are all in place before we commenced construction. We planned for around 9 months before we started and this allowed for designs and sourcing for all the necessary materials needed.

Communication is key to planning and implementing any renovation especially one of this magnitude. Communication is also key once the project starts because when things arise that you had not planned for you are able to deal with them quickly and can keep the project running smoothly and on time.

Our company has been renovating for many years and we have come to know what our clients have come to expect once their project has been started and that is that we are on site every day until the project is completed. We will only complete a project like this using the required permits and licensed contractors in order to ensure that the project is completed safely and to the building codes.

Our team takes pride in their work and we are committed to ensuring that attention to detail if paid to all projects.
