Cory and the team at golden west did a tremendously good job! Their price was right in line with some of the others we asked for estimates but there customer servicea was much better. Cory answered my many calls to answer my many questions and made me feel comfortable with hiring them. The job was delayed because od rain, however once it was sunny again they came on sunday to make up dor it.

I left for work in the morning and they were done before I got home, I wouldn't have even known they were they if it wasn't for the new roof, The warranty and invoice was hand delivered by the salesmen that gave us our estimate. he made sure that every thing was done right by climbing up on the roof before asking me for payment. it was a great experience.

This company provided excellent service. They responded quickly to our call, and came to the house to discuss their recommendations for our roof, and the work we needed done. The cost was reasonable and within our budget expectations. They came when they said they would, and completed the job when they said they would. They also cleaned up the yard and left everything in good order.

Received a very detailed quote a couple days after I phoned Golden West. The crew that came out did an exemplary job, were very friendly, and did a thorough clean-up afterwards. When I questioned the work around the skylight (the conversion from shakes to asphalt shingles made it look a little odd to me, given that I know nothing about roofing), Corey was kind enough to come back with the repairperson and explain what they had done to ensure the work was complete, and to our satisfaction, before we paid the bill.

After careful consideration we choose Golden West because they offered so many options. Other companies gave us one brand or one type of shingles to choose from. Their quote looked very professional and once I was able to meet with the estimator (cory) he explained all the different types of shingles. We choose Malarkey Alaskan because cory suggested it for a lower sloped roof like ours. Once we had a deal I was shocked at how many guys showed up to do the work, there was almost a dozen of them. They had our home completely done in one day. The clean up was good and they even fixed our eaves-through that had pulled away from the house months earlier during the spring thaw. All and all it went well.

The process from start to finish was very good. The staff and crews were all very professional and courteous. What made me decide to go with Golden West Exteriors was how fast they could schedule me in to get my roof done and the price was good too.
