Thought I would write something about this company. I had HomeSeal in to do the furnace, dryer and duct cleaning. My system was disgusting and had not been cleaned in over 10 years!! The images were gross!!! Daniel the technician explained the cleaning process for each system and did an amazing job. Since the clean I have noticed that the air inside the home does not make my mouth dry and I have not seen dust accumulation for over 3 weeks.

Had homeseal in to do the duct cleaning at our home. Really interesting tools they use and a great job done at that. Will definitely use them in the future. The tech explained the process in detail and backed the clean by showing us images of the ducts before and after the service. Great job thanks again.

Was having a shower and noticed my tiles were discolored looked a bit closer and saw so was the grout. I asked my wife when was the last time it was cleaned she said just last weekend I realized it was a build up so I started looking around for a tile cleaning company on Kijiji called a few and Homeseal seemed the most knowledgeable , the man on the phone patiently explained how and what they would do, we booked a appointment with them just before company to come do the shower, as they were doing the job and I saw how clean the tiles and grout were becoming I went downstairs to look at my hallway and backsplash and decided I would get them back in February to do that as well as my ducts too. Great service , great guys, great company.

DO NOT USE. I Paid for the Groupon deal for duct cleaning and upon completion the technician broke my furnace. I called him to try to fix it and his response was "Our air blowers could not have broken it". He was extremely rude and refused to come back to help fix it (I do not know anything about furnaces). Furthermore, they accused me saying it was my fault and the furnace was broken to begin with, and that I would have to fix it myself. Why would I clean a broken furnace?

These guys are a horrible. Do not support them and save your money on a reputable company.

Great service. Technicians were informative and efficient. Was very impressed with how the home project went. I can feel a noticeable difference in my home and look forward to the savings as well. Thanks again HomeSeal.

Had Home seal do my attic was going to do it myself but a business trip changed my plans my wife stayed home they showed up on time were friendly and polite with her did the job in the time frame they had estimated when I got home from my trip I looked up in the attic myself and was happy they had done exactly as promised. Was worried my wife there on her own they would cut corners but they didn't would use them again on the next home we buy

Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this company for furnace and duct cleaning as they seem to make most of their money back by upselling the client. As a female homeowner I would steer clear of this company. These types of home service providers are skilled at making things seem much worse than they really are. The Groupon I purchased was a good deal but I feel the added cost for the short time spent actually performing the service did not make much sense. The serviceman left without even saying he was leaving. I did not know he had even gone.

No show for the first Appointment, 2nd Appointment was 45 minutes late. After wasting almost an hour of my time again he wastes even more time by refusing to start work until paid in full after being there for over 20 minutes setting up, instead of telling me this before hand. At this point I was tempted to let him walk away but I needed the work done and I was in a time crunch and did not want to wait so I ran out to the bank.

Work was mediocre at best, 1/2 the filters for my restaurant did not come very clean, not only that but I was told an hour and he was there for 2 & 1/2.

Guy was not arrogant in any way, but definitely won't be calling them back next month.

Worst experience ever, nightmare!!! Daniel(owner/manager) came with his technician to do duct cleaning. They couldn't get the compressor started, I lent them my husband's tools and after an extensive amount of time, they finally got it working. At first Daniel seemed super friendly, they advised me of 3 extra vents (prepaid 10) and told me to do e-transfer right away, including taxes, no receipt. I trusted them, so I proceeded without even questioning the extra vents. He also tried to sell me detailed furnace cleaning on our brand new furnace, explaining to me how the house renovations caused a dust accumulation inside the fan and whatever else is inside there, demonstrating by wiping the dust off with his finger. He must've known opening a newly installed furnace VOIDS the warranty, but I think he cared less! I refused the extra services offered for $$$, after which he spent the rest of his time sitting in his truck in the driveway. I did not follow his technician around ( I wish I did!!!!), he was quickly done upstairs and just as quickly in the basement. When they wanted to leave I turned the heat back on but the furnace did not start. Daniel didn't care much of thanking for the business or saying goodbye, but I did go out to ask him about the furnace and he told me to wait a few minutes and will start, they had nothing to do with the furnace. I plugged in and out, reset, waited MANY minutes, but of course the furnace did not start!! I begged him to come back and help me start the furnace because it was working when they came and it is getting very cold in the house (January) and my toddler is coming home. He mostly ignored my calls, replied to one text message blaming the furnace installer. A small child coming home in the freezing temperatures did not make him come back or willing to fix his error. I luckily had a much better furnace installer, and even though he was not impressed that I let the duct cleaners to open and inspect the newly installed furnace, he came as fast as he could. After researching the flashing lights diagnose, calling the company, he discovered a fuse was missing from the panel that's why it didn't start. I have to say we have witnessed the furnace installer's entire work and saw that really a fuse was missing!!! It was probably knocked or blown off during the duct cleaners "furnace inspection" or "quick dusting/blowing" process. I have sent Daniel the cost of the service, no response, of corse.
To make things worse, that evening my husband has noticed a screw he put in months ago to hold a vent open was in the exact same location covered with spider webs. This is when we took a deeper look at the duct cleaning! We removed the vent covers and took pictures inside the duct that clearly showed it was FULL of dust all around the 4 sides, just like you see them on the images when duct cleaning is advertised. We then saw one vent was blocked by the staircase, another one by the bar and was not touched for sure, as well as the one with the screw.... that is 3 vents already and we were charged for 3 extra vent cleaning???? ... and there were more untouched ones, of course. I still have the pictures and I can email to everyone interested in seeing their horrible job! Groupon did refund us the money, so hiring HomeSeal costs us 3 extra vent cleaning charge with tax $40, emergency furnace house call + one fuse.... and a lot of nerve! I have sent Groupon pictures of their work and I am very surprised they still did not cut ties with this fake company.

Terrible experience. Do not hire this company for duct cleaning or any service. There was nothing positive to say about the work or the service experience. Keep your money.

1. Makes you pay by interact e-transfer. Will not start work in until he receives transfer. Sat in truck for 20 minutes waiting for it.
2. Pulled hose through my basement window damaging the window sill but chirping off drywall and leaving dirt stains on the wall.
3. I had to help him guide the hose out of the basement when I showed him the damage he said I see it. When I went upstairs to say something he was gone like the wind.

I would call him an yell...but you can tell he could care less about repeat business or what customers say. I hope this review stops at least one person from using his services.
