The workmanship is excellent and they completed the job in less than a week.

I've worked with Belco about five times over the last ten years or so, and been pleased every time. They replaced my roof in 2015, and I was (and am) very happy with the work done by Manuel, the Belco subcontractor.

My house is a semidetached, and last month (September 2019) I discovered a leak where my part meets the neighbours'. A rainy fall makes roof repairs necessary but possibly hard to arrange, so this was a worry.

To be clear, I don't blame Manuel for the leak: the neighbours' roof needed doing in 2015 too, but that didn't happen, for various reasons with which I can sympathize. But it left me with a problem and a worry: a small job but a necessary one, near the end of the roofing season.

I wanted a good repair done by the same roofer, and called Belco. I was very happy that they stood behind their work, and Manuel came by a couple of times to see what needed doing -- and a third time, to do it.

My roof is fixed. Just imagine how much I enjoy rainy days now!

My porch and veranda were crumbling terribly and in need of a rebuild. Belco contracting exceeded my expectations and did the job in a very timely manner, stuck to the budget, and completed the work exactly as promised. This was a substantial project so I got many quotes before choosing to go with Belco and they were the least expensive of all the quotes I got for the same job. I highly recommend using Belco for any type of porch/veranda/stairs job and they will be my first choice the next time I need to do a home renovation of any kind!

Recently, my house needed a new chimney and so I called Belco for a quote. Good thing I did because I was happy with the result and how I was treated. Leo was very helpful and made sure that the new bricks matched the old. The workmen were very professional and not only did they do a great job, but they were also very quick. In addition, they were extremely diligent in cleaning up afterwards so that the patio and garden looked like nothing had happened.
I would definitely call Belco again if I had another repair or renovation.

Leo and Dave were so helpful in helping us with replacing our sidewalk and windows/wells and a new porch outside, also the parging of our 1880's basement walls. The crews were so helpful in keeping us informed of the progress, what still needed to be done and keeping a clear and tidy worksite. There were a couple of problems that developed over the course of work but Leo and his crews did everything to make things work to our total satisfaction. I would definitely consider having them back to assist with other jobs that will need to be done on our home.

We had ordered our cabinets and counters from a Kitchen cabinet company but we needed a contractor to cap the plumbing, disconnect and cap the gas, move and connect our gas stove in the basement kitchen, remove the old backsplash, move and upgrade electrical and plumbing, redo the kitchen floor, install the new backsplash and paint. We also wanted to open up the wall between the kitchen and family room. This is were Leo and David and their crew came in. In the end everything was done as well as could be done with our 117 year old house. Either Leo or David or both were there every day to kept track of the progress. A special thanks to Voytec, their Jack of all trades for his hard work everyday. Thank you to Leo and David and all of their trades for helping us through this big project. We have ended up with a totally transformed space.

After having our foundation repaired, we had a big hole in the back of our house, about 10ft x 1ft, right at the bottom.

Their team came and fixed the stucco over 3 days, gave us options for colours (I picked one that TOTALLY didn't match.. my fault, though). They also mentioned that there was some extra work that needed to be done, but didn't really get into it and didn't give us a price.

In the end, the contractor did the extra work and asked us if we could pay more. I thought this was kind of strange, as I would have liked a more specific heads up as to exactly what was done and how much it would be. We couldn't get the extra cash at that moment, and he was nice about it.

They did a really good job overall, other than the off colour, it looks great!
