Very skilled father and son team. We had 3 downspouts installed to fill our new rain barrels. Very happy with the results. They even used some leftover pieces to leave us with small extensions that will be put on when rain barrels are removed after the summer to direct the water onto the ground. Highly recommend this team.

Two weeks ago Trades By Jack visited me in Oshawa to install Leaf Guard. The salesperson was Steve and he was very professional, polite and had a great deal of patience.

The 2 installers Gent and Morteza were very thorough. We had originally planned to have the gutters re-sloped and repaired but they advised us that the gutters were reaching the end of their service life. Based on their recommendations, we opted to have the gutters replaced with more modern, high-capacity ones. Gert and Morteza gave us some input on how best to place our downspouts as their previous location was inefficient. They even installed a hinge on one of the downspouts so we can use runoff water to irrigate our lawn. Summary, they showed up on time, did a great job and were very pleasant to deal with.

One of their guy came, checked the gutters around the house and proposed new installation. He was supposed to update the company to send a sales person to price the job. No one called back, I emailed it too.
Also they charged $150 for the trip. So i paid them for nothing. Funny thing they sent me this email to review them lol..

The leaf guard system has been working well since we had it installed. The installers were professional and did a great job with the replacement process for our home. Now we have no further worries about having trees growing out of our gutters!

Replacement of the eavestrough was scheduled in a timely manner and the work was done efficiently and engineered well. Modification was required following installation. This was addressed quickly and professionally.

The people were courteous but failed to discuss the possibility of adjusting some downspout to maintain the flow of curves/ look in the front called but did not came back to reassess

Very professional - starting from obtaining the quote till completing the job. Quick replacement, nice and clean work. I will call TBJ for future roofing job. job well done guys.

Service and response time was excellent. The father and son team of Rob and Donny were friendly and helpful and only installed what was needed on the house (about half the house that was facing debris from trees). These guys know their trade and our confidence level in their work done was important to us.

I received a quick response to get a quote and arrange an appointment. Michelle is very pleasant and helpful. The work was done by a father and son team, Rob and Donnie, respectively. They arrived on time and after a brief chat, they went to work. They definitely know their stuff. After they finished, they went over the repairs made, including taking photos. I am extremely satisfied with their work, friendly approach and expertise.
