Couldn't be more pleased. The installers were helpful and professional. The work was done last September and my gutters and down spouts now easily handle the down pours we have been getting recently, and with our surrounding mature trees I no longer have to go up on my roof 4 times a year to clean gutters. They look great and the after service is excellent. After installation they promptly made 2 service calls: one to deliver a few parts I will be needing in the future and the other to make a minor adjustment.

The installation went well, but we are not happy with the product. We were not told that in the winter ice forms on the covered eavestrough and drips into the driveway forming an ice rink, or otherwise comes flying off in chunks and you have to be careful to keep out of the way. This is likely a great product where it does not snow.

True test will come this year 2018 and winter 2018 -2019.
Looking forward to this fall when all the leaves fall. LeafGuard is supposed to clean it out
if leaves clog it.
Last winter-spring icicles developed, some were large. Will see what happens this winter.

The installation of the LeafGuard system included removal of our old gutters. When doing so, the installers emptied the contents of the old gutters onto various parts of the lawn, entry walkway, back entrance walkway and did not clean up or sweep away the mess. Installation of the gutter system appears to have been done appropriately and well. I will assess further when we next have significant rainfall.
