GTA Mold Removal Mississauga

Due to Pandemic, we were a little bit hesitant to call a service person. By reading some guides we tried to clean up mold using bleach. Unfortunately, it didn't work, only the color changed to white but it did come back in a few days. So we decided to get professional help. Stumbled upon this service when I searched for Mold Removal. I am glad I found it with a quick search. They used air movers to dry the surface and used non toxic stuff to clean up the mess. It's been two months since they did, so far no sign of mold coming back. Thank you so much for your help!

We had mould building up in our bathroom for a while and needed to get rid of it because the affected area was getting larger and it was becoming too noticeable and I didn't want me or my wife and kids breathing it in any more. I contacted the Mississauga division of GTA Mold Removal for them to come do the assessment and I hired them for the job mainly because they quoted a cheaper price compared to two other companies but they seemed like they were them most experienced credential wise. Their technician team was very professional and friendly and quick and I appreciate the work being done quickly but with good clean results. I would for sure recommend them to other people experiencing mold problems.

First time we hired GTA Mold Removal was in 2016 but I should mention that was for mold removal in the attic of our old house which we sold in 2019 after I retired. We were very pleased with them and satisfied with the work they did then so we contacted them once again. This time we had them work on our main bathroom and the hallway closet which is located right behind the shower in our current house. They had to remove a lot of the tiles and a part of the drywall had to be cut out which is fine because we were warned about this beforehand and knew ahead of time that we would need to have them replaced. I want to make it clear that on both occasions when we hired them they were very reverent and professional. We will undoubtedly turn to them once again should we ever have the need to.

They are very efficient, courteous and thorough. They completely covered everything in the room and even put carpet down
the stairs and hall so as not to dirty the floors with their work boots.

I found that they went over and beyond what they were to do. I would definitely be referring them to other homeowners.

We recently experienced some unfortunate series of events and ended up with mold in our basement laundry room and bathroom. We contacted several companies but GTA MOULD REMOVAL seemed like the most professional and knowledgeable. We got a detailed quotation during the assessment and they were upfront about what would be covered and what we would need to take care of on our own once they got rid of the old drywall/baseboards and cabinetry. All work was done during one afternoon/evening and the areas they worked on were cleaned up at the end. They sealed off the other areas with transparent plastic sheeting and put several rugs in the hallway leading to the door to protect the floor. We really appreciate their effort to try and minimize the mess and for being careful not to spread dirt to other parts of the basement.

Initially we wanted an estimate over the phone but were told the mold would need to be inspected in person. We were able to schedule the home visit with the two technicians for the next day and were given a written report with a pricing quote for how much it would cost. This was our first mold problem so we didn’t really know for sure what to expect but they were very professional and made sure we understood what was happening during the entire process and that we were satisfied with the work before they left. It was a pleasant experience working with this company and we would hire them again.

I would like to start off by saying that GTA MOLD REMOVAL’s service and professionalism was top notch. I had mould in my basement due to leaks from foundation cracks that were repaired beforehand by a different company. Andrew and Patrick were very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and I can tell they sincerely wanted to make sure I fully understood everything before they started on any work. They put out rugs to walk on in the hallway beforehand to keep the carpet from getting dirty and I could tell that their crew was being careful when they were carrying equipment and garbage bags in and out of the house. This is definitely a company that has the client’s best interest at heart and I highly recommend them to other home owners that find themselves with any type of mould damage in their home.
