I really wish that I had contacted Michael prior to purchasing my home. We bought our home with no conditions. During renovation, we kept discovering issues that indicated poor maintenance and a lot of DIY work from the previous owners. When we exposed the second floor subfloor, we found extensive water stains and spots of mold that really made me second guess whether or not we had purchased the right home.

Michael and his team member, Cameron, were very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very willing to explain things to me in great detail. I feel so much more equipped to be a first time homeowner, knowing what the active and potential issues are.
