We were told this was the best pest control firm it the area. That was an understatement! After another firm had refused to do the work of repairing a big hole in our roof caused by raccoons -- too difficult -- HWS sent Ken who dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and installed more than 30 screens over areas where pests would try to get in.

We had squirrels want to join our family and move in but Halton Wildlife came to the rescue. No more squirrels and in a humane way. It was a turn around time as well.

We experienced excellent service and the guys were really nice. They took the extra time to explain what they were doing, how to prevent another animal from coming in, and advised of safety precautions when handling feces should we come across the same situation. I highly recommend this company!

A raccoon found a hole on the side of my porch and got into the soffits above my porch. It walked around and slept up there and caused the soffits to bend. I called Halton Wildlife Services and one day later they came. I worked from home so I could be here when they arrived. 20 minutes before they showed up, I heard a loud crash. I went outside and found that the raccoon had crashed through the soffits and was knocked out on my porch. When it came to, it was confused and scared and stumbled away.

When Halton Wildlife showed up, they fixed the soffits as best they could and put in a one way door in case there were any babies. Their work was very fast and they were very helpful. They also guaranteed their work for 3 years. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone with pest problems. I just wish I had called them sooner!

After having another company give us a quote for $1200 to solve our "squirrel in the attic" problem, I decided to get a second opinion. Called Halton Wildlife Services and Ryan and his colleague (Ken?) quickly solved the problem by installing a one-way door. Once the squirrels were out, the technicians returned a few days later to remove it and close the opening. Grand total was $350. So glad I called them!!

In May we had squirrels in the attic. They seem to have been removed with a reverse trap. The external contraption was left in place. It is ugly and deflects the flow of rain water. Despite multiple phone calls there was no follow through. Phone calls are not answered.

Hired Halton Wildlife back in Dec 2014. Ryan and this other guy came to my place and Ryan seemed more interested in writing out an invoice and taking my money. They just put a couple of bait stations outside the house and apparently some bait in the attic. From what I could see, there was just one bait station in the front of the house and another just on one side of the house. I could not see if there was any bait in the attic but I do not think they put any in there. They are confidence tricksters - as they arrived for the first time, they laid out a whole lot of bait on the front doorstep but it dawned on me only much later when I saw that there were only two bait stations outside and I wondered where all the other bait was - they certainly could not have put it all in the attic. What they placed on the front doorstep was just for show. The other guy who actually put all the bait out for me to see is the one who acted suspiciously - he just went away somewhere and then came back about half hour later. The bait on the front doorstep was all gone.....so I guess the guy took it back while Ryan was seemingly placing bait in the attic. They seemed to have a plan worked out. Please do not let them in your home. They are absolutely useless and I suspect that the bait they used was old and perhaps that is why the mouse problem got worse. They do not have a good work ethic and are late for appointments and seem to have an excuse when they are supposed to show up for a check up on the bait stations. I had to ask Ryan to come and take his bait stations away and I had to hire someone else - so I ended up spending more money.
These guys are not honest.

Requests for photos of entry point were ignored, as we wished to see if we should hire a stucco company for the repair or not. The one way exit cage was poorly installed, causing unnecessary damage. Rather than bolt it to the side of the dormer, they drilled holes into the front of our stucco facade, which left large holes requiring unnecessary stucco repair and repainting. In addition, they screwed into the roof, through the shingles, rather than use extra material to bend at the roof line. This could have resulted in extensive water damage during a strong rainfall. Fortunately another company was able to remove the exit cage and resolve the problem, reinforcing the previous entry point and sealing all the roof holes.

Our family experienced squirrels that entered at the top of our home and made their way into our attic. I contacted Ryan from Wildlife Services and within a week, a free estimate and then service to remove the critters was performed. We haven't experienced a problem since. I highly recommend their services!

I think the easiest way to explain the incredible service we received from Halton Wildlife is to say that they treated our home with the care and consideration that I would imagine they would their own. We were dealing with bats, we have a little boy and were really worried. Ryan and Ken were thorough and took care of every detail. They answered all questions with patience and kindness and addressed every concern that we had. They are extremely professional and we feel very confident that they have done a great job with our house. We have already and will continue to recommend them if anyone we know were looking for their services.
