Bryce did an amazing job on our home inspection. He was very personable and easy to work with. Most importantly he did a very thorough job and provided us with a very comprehensive detailed report. My wife and I recently purchased a new home for our growing family. We chose Rankin Home Inspection for the inspection by recommendation of a friend.

Bryce was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. His inspection was extremely thorough and he answered any and all questions that we had. His pricing was average from the research we did, and well worth the money. The Infrared camera scans were a nice bonus, as sometimes it's the stuff you cant see that are the biggest surprises.

I consider myself fairly knowledgeable with what to look for during a home inspection, and even considered not having one...I'm really glad we did as Bryce found a couple of large, potentially dangerous issues, as well as a couple smaller ones that I wouldn't have even thought to look at if I had done my own.

Without hesitation I would recommend him to anybody needing an inspection for a new home, or even just a "check up" if you've been in your house a number of years.

Bryce came to my house for a home inspection in the fall. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Bryce was very reliable and very knowledgeable which is what we were looking for as this was all new to us. He made suggestions of things to fix before the winter and we couldn't afford it at the time, now we are wishing we had found the money as the heat bill has been high this winter!
