I contacted Air Leaders through the Noritz website as my tankless hot water heater was showing a fault. Dan recommended a new heater as my repairs would be costly. Unfortunately I had to wait over the weekend for the new tankless hot water heater to be installed but once the unit was in the installation went smoothly. Contractor did everything I asked and now I have hot water again. Thanks

Dan was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!

The team did an excellent job on the install, and the Mitsubishi units worked like a dream this summer. Great job.

Air Leaders Inc has been maintaining our Furnace and air conditioner 7 or 8 years now. Always did a professional job anytime he came over and always explaining what he did and anything that l should do as a homeowner to help keep things running as efficient as best as l can. When it was time to replace the furnace and the air conditioner, he went through all the steps, explaining what needed to be done, choose the right furnace and air conditioner for the house and the cost. After the installation of both units, Dan and his crew, clean up the area took the old units with them. l was very please with their work. Since l have a smoke detector already installed, Dan suggested l put a gas detector near the furnace which l did. Safety first, thanks Dan

It's been a hot summer recently and our A/C performance seemed a bit 'underwhelming' so I called around to different companies. Most quoted $100 just to come out, but Dan offered to come by at the end of the day without charging. After he inspected our A/C system and furnace, he concluded that the unit is just no longer efficient enough to do the job of cooling our 4000 square foot house and recommended a new unit.

Dan quoted me a fair price and followed up with a quick appointment to install. During installation, his crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently and professionally.

New furnace, tankless hot water heater and a BBQ gas line (no photo) all installed by Air Leaders. All exceptionally installed at a competitive price. Customer service was second to none. Dan was responsive at first point of contact, booked an installation date on the first call, followed up day before installation and was on site on installation day to check in. Dan also followed up with a phone call a couple days later to ensure we had no questions and that we were happy with the new system. Dan suggested a home energy audit prior to installation. We followed his advice and because we did, we were able to qualify for over $1,000 in rebates—something we would not had done without his advice. VERY IMPRESSIVE FROM START TO FINISH!
