Our furnace stopped working on the night that we got our first freezing temperatures. I contacted Air Leaders and Dan came next day to go over different options. The furnace and financing options he offered where much better and at lower price than Enercare or Reliance. Mason installed the furnace the day after. I am very happy with the installation of my Trane furnace and a/c. They arrived on the arranged day. They worked throughout the day until the installations were complete. I have a century home and they worked around any obstacles in the way. I am very happy with my choice of furnace. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company to deal with. The workers arrived at the time they were supposed to,after preparing the areas they were going to be working on (they put carpet runners as to not to duty or damage our marble floors )they were very skilled ,definitely not their first job .They were never on the rush even tought it was a long day for them.They always had the time to answer a question or two .Job well done they clean up at the end no short cuts taken.very happy with the results.

Very professional, organized and clean. There is no damage to wall, stairs and floor when equipment were moved around. After installation air conditioner and furnace working accordingly. You can feel improvement in an air flow, because new equipment and properly done isolation. I was instructed how to use new devices and some advices were given how to maintain system properly. Staff was very friendly. As for paper work, everything was done pretty fast and clear.

Air leaders inc, did a great job on the install of a new furnace and AC for us.
They were on time, clean, and efficient.
When the installed AC unit was making a loud noise, Dan came in to check it out. After an attempt to reduce the noise by adding on a special blanket didn't work, Dan contacted York and got a replacement unit for us.
We got that AC unit replaced and it no longer makes the loud noise.

Some downfalls were that we had to first spend 50$ on the blanket, that didn't work. And then again 85$ dollars to get the new AC shipped.
We would have been a lot happier had the original unit worked properly the first time and we didn't have to spend additional 135$ on top of an already pricey job, but having said that, Dan and his team we're professional and handled the problem appropriately.
Also the team installing the units used a piece of a 2x2 stone from our backyard without asking, and put it under the AC. It ended up being ok with us since we didn't really need it, but I wish they would have just asked us first

Overall we were very happy with the service we received. Dan was very pleasant to work with! Always answered phone calls, was very professional and helpful and handled any problems well.

The price was fair, job completed quickly and they handled all the paper work and registration.
