Dwayne has gone above and beyond for us many times. He is very professional, personable and reasonably priced. I would recommend his services to anyone.

He helped repair the furnace in our old home, and even came to our house during his holidays when it stopped working in the winter. We also had him check the furnace in our new home when we moved in. He helped clean it and made useful recommendations to us about how to care for it, and how to add more heat to our basement.

Dwayne Torrens (owner of DTM Heating and Cooling) has done many projects for us in the last few years. Dwayne is an honest guy that does exceptional work and stands behind his work 100%. He treats all his customers as he would his family or friends.

I have referred Dwayne to friends and family many times and will continue to do so in the future. Most recently, Dwayne was able to save one of my neighbours thousands of dollars on a pool heater install that she had quoted from a "crooked" local heating and ventilation company. My neighbour was so extatic from my referral and Dwaynes fantastic work that she dropped me off a gift of beer:)
