I paid full price for spring clean up in March 2013. They won't come and provide the service. Rarely do they respond to my texts, emails and phone calls (If their inbox is not full) and when they do they give me another date and don't show. They won't refund my money! Terrible ethics. Have a complaint into BBB and will post anywhere possible to warn others until I get my refund.
Since filing this review and a complaint with the BBB, the owners responded asking for my postal code said they would refund in in October per their 90 days per their "policy". My response: 1. they have my contact information, they know where I live, they have emailed me and billed me before, 2. 90 days have long since passed since they have my money, 3. Why would they need 90 days to refund a service they did not purchase on my behalf or provide , and 4. there is no documented policy in any correspondence or on their web.
I repeat, I expect an immediate refund of my money.
