Scarlett at Rockwood Kitchens was amazing from start to finish. She understood what we wanted and designed a beauitful kitchen that we are absolutely in love with. Rockwood's customer care was also fantastic as they did everything possible to make sure we were happy with their service. We have already recommended them to 2 friends that used their services, and would do so time and time again.

We absolutely love our kitchen renovation with Rockwood Kitchens. Our designer was Erin at the Newmarket location and she was such a pleasure to work with. She understood what we were looking for and was very patient, professional, and diligent through the entire process with us. She truly made every step of this process a great experience for us, and we would highly recommend her and the team . When we decided to sell in the upcoming year, we knew we had to renovate our dark outdated 1960's kitchen. We had at least 5 quotes and no one came close to Rockwood Kitchens.
We went to the location in Barrie and met Megan. After telling her what we were thinking, she came up with a beautiful design. Even though we had many questions and a few changes she was always accommodating, insightful and very professional. The kitchen was installed in a very timely manner with the countertop install 3 days after the cabinets!!! Even though we installed a white kitchen for resale which wouldn't have been my first choice, I'm totally amazed how beautiful it looks!!! I can't thank Megan and Rockwood Kitchens enough for giving us a beautiful updated kitchen!!!! Susan and Dean

I visited about 5 or 6 places before deciding to go with Rockwood Kitchens.
I am extremely happy with my decision and they have exceeded my expectations. My kitchen looks fantastic ! Everyone who has seen it is impressed with the quality. My Quartz counter top fits like a glove and that is amazing because my walls are far from straight or square.....lol. Their installer Patrick did an EXCELLENT job and he is friendly and courteous !! Megan showed me several layouts to choose from and she and Danielle was very help full in choosing counter, cabinets , Handles, and even paint and flooring colors .
My kitchen has been totally transformed and I couldn't be happier !

they where excellent from the beginning to the end. All the work done was done in a very professional manner and it was done on schedule.

We needed a new kitchen and went to the showroom in Barrie. We were immediately impressed with the quality and selection of products. Our sales rep Megan was a great help with her knowledge of the products that were available. The install was quick and easy and we can’t believe how great our new kitchen looks. Anyone looking for a kitchen owes it to themselves to visit one of their many showrooms.

Great experience with all the people involved. From the beginning with Erin doing the design, the delivery of cabinets and the install. All professional. When doing the design we change many times to get it just right, very patient with us. The quality of the cabinets is very good. the install went very fast and installer was very good . I really like the design of the kitchen. Would highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens.
