Laurel and her team did an excellent job cleaning the apartment and they even did it on a Sunday! There was an issue with the floor (no fault of the cleaners) and one of Laurel's team was able to return two days later to finish the job. Great work -- would hire again and would recommend.

Hydro posted that we would be without electricity for most of my cleaning day! Disaster! Nope. Our cleaning lady came; she & I polished all the Christmas silver, and brass, and she washed the kitchen floor 2, scraped the edge of the baseboards, and then waxed it. We reorganised the sewing chest in the basement...by candlelight.

Laurel was amazing in setting up the appointment. I originally need someone urgently which she accommodated, but then I had to cancel at the last minute. She was great to set up a new appointment a couple weeks later and the service was EXCELLENT! My house had never looked so clean. Will definitely be calling them to come back!

With very short notification in the midst of February winter storms, she arranged for someone on her team to come and bring their cleaning equipment and supplies to clean the home that I had purchased prior to the arrival of movers.
