Amir & his crew did an amazing power washing my recently acquired home. He had his work cut out for him as the property had been neglected for several years. Amir and i used to work together about 6 years ago back in 2010. Amir is very detailed oriented and strives to be the best in the painting industry.
This is one of the reasons he went on his own and started AZ painting. After we went our separate ways, i got into real Estate as a sales consultant for Sutton Seafair and Started hiring AZ painting to final finish and paint the interior or exterior of my clients homes as a gift package for their purchase.
I can trust Amir and his crew completly to do the best job for my clients and his never let me down. Amir puts his signature final touches on every home.

Amir was the only one my dog liked, so I had to go with him! All kidding aside, AZ Painting are amazing! I had the exterior of my house painted and the job is incredible. Amir quoted me just under 4000 and came in on quote. All the other quotes from other companies were 8 or 9000. Amir gave a detailed quote so I knew exactly what to expect. He was done in 3 days and is professional and punctual and the job is awesome. I have recommended him already.

I had AZ painting paint the interior and exterior of my home. They were the most reasonably priced out of the three i found. they did a very good job and I will use them again. They were fast! I would recommend them.

We needed to paint the exterior of our home. After interviewing several painters, we decided we would go with AZ Painting.

Our building at work needed a refresh so I searched for some local businesses. Glad I found AZ Painting, they were very thorough and detail oriented. They completed the job quickly with a level of quality that made it well worth it to hire professionals. I'm confident that our building's exterior will remain in excellent shape for years to come.

We chose AZ painting because of the great reviews in the past. Amir was very detailed with our quotation at the initial meeting.

Amir's quote was quite reasonable (even after some miscommunication about what was included at the initial meeting.)

The scope of our project expanded and Amir was very accommodating. He was very patient through our decision making process for paint colours and even met my wife at the paint store to ensure she was satisfied.

During the painting process. He did not rush and took the time to ensure a good finish. On days that were cloudy and dreary, he opted not to paint to ensure good adhesion of paint in case it rained that day. I know that would have cost him more time and money to delay. As a result the job took a little longer than I expected but I'd rather him do a proper and careful job.

Amir went beyond his scope and helped clean our gutters and spot painted damaged areas on the flashing and body of the house that was not included in the quote.

In the end, we feel that Amir did a good job and was attentive to the detail in the painting process and was very satisfied with his work.

The only thing I am happy with is the color of my home. VERY DISAPPOINTED, the finishing was not within reasonable expectations, I had to ask for multiple touch ups of missed areas and extra paint on trims (sloppy finishing), massive amounts of over-spray on my windows, used the incorrect tools to do the job, he did not estimate the correct amount of paint for the project and the list goes on. This job took far too long to complete as he would arrive at 10-11am and leave by 2pm. And to top things off Amir decided to use a putty knife to scrape and clean the over-spray from the windows which in turn put multiple, large, visible scratches on the glass. He is not taking responsibility to repair the damage and when asked about his insurance coverage which he clearly states on the quote, he told me that it was not active at the time of the damage and therefore he is not covered. I am now forced to go through my insurance company and take the hit. Nothing short of a nightmare, I would NEVER RECOMMEND. BEWARE of his ridiculous suggestions of 45% and 65% surcharges on late payments which he is trying to put on due to the fact that I am holding back $1600 due to the damage until this gets sorted out. Not to mention work that he quoted for that was never completed and has not removed from the final invoice. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
