Inner Bay Renos

We have a very old, rustic cottage that needed a fresh look, without spending too much on updating. Maya suggested a great colour for the kitchen cupboards, and it looks like a new kitchen now. They did a great job painting the walls and the ceiling in the cottage, it looks and smells like a new place.

My husband and I hired Maya and her team to paint our century home, from the tradition red brick to an off white and wow what a transformation! We hired Matt to do a large trailer Reno at the lake. He tore down the old roof and deck, levelled the trailer then proceeded with the Reno. A brand new deck as built with skirting and a add a room. He also worked with another local contractor to have a new hardtop roof put up to my wife exact specifications. He arranged it all and would often consult and make recommendations highlighting things we would not have thought about. We are extremely pleased with work done. Matt was very professional always taking the time to answer our questions. I will hire a Innerbay Reno again for my next job, big or small.

Matt has helped me out with a lot of different projects and I’ve always been overwhelmed with his efficiency and expertise. This last project was a nail biter for me but HIS part of the adventure was smooth sailing and I can’t thank him enough! We hired Matt to do floor joist and structural repair work in our entire crawlspace. During his work it became evident that Matt is a professional in every sense of the word. Maya took on the difficult job of painting over knotty pine wood. We had knotty pine on every window frame (21 in total), every door frame and all baseboards. We did not want to see any knots showing through after the paint job and she explained that this would involve several layers of different types of coatings formulated to cover knotty pine. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Also, Maya painted all the walls and ceilings with amazing precision. We have never seen such perfect cutting in. She fixed imperfections so well, we couldn't find them when she was done. We are thrilled with her level of perfection and will use her services again.

Matt built a bedroom closet and completed a number of electrical jobs, including the installation of over the range microwave, 3 ceiling fans, various light fixtures and kitchen pot lights. He also replaced all light switches and plugs with more modern brushed nickle ones. The quality of his work was excellent and we will continue to use his services in the future.

Excellent workmanship on multitude of projects along with an ability to suggest strategies regarding the use of quality products that made the finished product look the best.
Matt is always on time and puts in a full day's work. In addition to all the projects previously listed he reinforced the roof at our cottage prior to a new metal roof being applied. This was a really difficult job but as usual he did a fantastic job.

Maya just finished staining my deck. I am very pleased with her work. It was done on time and at a reasonable price which did not increase from her original quote. Maya did a great job painting my boat house 2 years ago which is why I wanted her back to do my deck. No regrets here.
