We are happy to share that Sunwest did an outstanding job. They did everything they said they would, including coming in at the quoted price, for both the roof and the eaves. They were quick to quote (estimate done by satellite), their salesman appeared as scheduled and explained everything clearly and he didn't press us for the sale. Their quote was the best. After we said yes, we were a little worried they wouldn't fit us in before the snow as it was a small job, but they did. As reported by others, the work and clean-up were thorough. There were no unexpected costs during the job. The roof was done in one day and eaves the next, regardless of the weather. We didn't like some of the downspouts so we called in and they were fixed the next day. Overall really great service, at a great price.

I met Alex after I asked for a quote from Sunwest on their website. He's a very down-to-earth, no BS kind of guy which I very much appreciate. He gave me a straight forward quote that included all the costs. His crew came, worked their magic, and the end result was beautiful. Couldn't ask for a friendlier, more professional company. We were thinking of getting a new roof and that was the time when Loren Hawley (the salesman of SUNWEST ROOFING) knocked on our door. He took time to go over the details of the process, explained everything really well, and showed us several options of the shingles we could choose from. We were amazed how professional Loren is as a salesman! He is teh best I have met so far:)
When we made up our mind, the job was scheduled. Alex and his team arrived early in the morning and the roof was done by 3 pm. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you guys for your hard work! We wish you prosperity and many more clients in future!

I found out about Sunwest Roofing from a friend who just had his roof done. The price was reasonable, they were top-notch professional, and they fixed some missing fascia with no charge. They came in after I left for work, and when I returned home, the job had already been finished and cleaned up.

Alex and his team were phenomenal. Alex took the time to come to my house and explain what they would be doing, the materials he would be using, and why. Most of the other major roofing companies either sent a quote via email or didn't bother to show up when they said they would. Alex kept me up to date as to when they were going to be available. Once they schedule a date they were there right on time and once they were complete they cleaned up the site and you could hardly tell that they were there. I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone.

I'd been contemplating getting a new roof for quite a while. When the shingles started flying off I realised it had to be done now! It was by some coincidence then, that while I was phoning and collecting ads for local roofing companies, the doorbell rang. And there on the steps was Adrian, smiling and friendly trying to sell new roofs. I remember specifically asking for his name, not knowing why I'd need it but that I would and my instinct was correct. I'd never heard of Sunwest Roofing before that day. When Chuk arrived I sensed again that there was something different about this company. He brought with him a couple of Tim Hortons double-doubles! I was impressed.

Chuk and Sunwest made everything so smooth and easy. I had been concerned about financing and I couldn't even decide on which colour shingles I wanted. As we spoke I found I had more questions which I wrote down and Chuk patiently answered. Before long we shock on the contract. It was a very easy decision for me.

The roof looks great! The team was fabulous, super hardworking and friendly as well as efficient. Tarps were placed everywhere to catch stray nails and debris. My patio furniture was moved around a little bit to make sure it wasn't in harm's way. And when everything was done, it was all put back where it belonged, and with amazing accuracy. These details didn't go unnoticed.

So, forgive my rambling. Just hire these guys.

I had 3 Contractors quote identical materials and service. Alex came in by the far the cheapest and with a reasonably short lead time. He was always easy to reach by phone or email. During the work I received updates and pictures. Any extra cost such as plywood was logged with pictures for my approval. Value added knowing all the upgrades to improving the longevity of my new roof. As they claim, they do clean up. I have yet to find any nail or debris anywhere on the property.
