Someone broke our dining room window in the middle of the night and gained entry. Naturally, when the police came and left our home, we knew we had to fix the broken window immediately. We called several companies, many claiming to have emergency service, and were getting the types of responses one never wants to hear when they're in an "unsettled" state of mind: "this may take 14 days", "we won't be able to come out until the end of the week". Believe it or not, some companies never even called us back after we left them a message about our needs! I called Chris and his team for service; they booked an appointment with me the following day to take measurements, and then they were back the day after that to install the new glass. We asked them to install glass that was difficult for anyone to break; they told us the type of glass that would be, sourced it, cut it, and installed it. The sourcing, cutting, and installation was done in 24 hours, and with a Victorian home that features incredibly unique window treatments, we were amazed that they were about to cut the frame of the window so accurately and install it with such precision.

The turnaround time for our service was quick, their quote was affordable, and the finished product that they left us with is impeccable. We've had Chris come by and work on a few small projects for the house. He fixed a screen on one door and replaced another door at the back the house. Great work, reliable, pleasant to work with.

We had several screens and windows that were not closing properly due to improper installation under a previous owner. We also required replacement of two basement windows which were of very poor quality and posed a security risk.

Chris and his son fixed the windows with problems quickly and with little fuss. There was an unexpected issue with the size of the new windows Chris ordered for the basement, which led to the windows having to be boarded up for 10 days while he reordered new ones. While this was not ideal, the manner in which Chris dealt with the issue (giving a clear timeline for replacement and sticking to said deadline, as well as agreeing to absorb the extra cost without even being asked) means I feel comfortable in awarding his company the highest score. Unexpected issues sometimes crop up, but it is the way a contractor handles the situation that is important to me.

Overall, Chris and his son were professional, punctual and carried out good quality work. Should I have any further need for work to be done on my windows, I would go back to them.

For many years, we were trying how to figure out to repair the mechanisms to open our window. Finally found Chris. He and his son came and did on site repair in about an hour. He knew exactly what to do, had the replacement parts, did excellent work, cleaned up all to my utmost satisfaction.

Found Chris for a friend to fix her window on site (everywhere else she phoned told her to bring the window in). She was so happy with his work and immediate helpful communication, that I decided to call him to install a screen door. He and his his son were so easy to deal with, very happy with the price and will be my go to person for anything I need done around my house.
