Our original front doors were damaged in late Jan. due to a break in. We were very lucky to have come across Delco Windows and doors. We made an appointment to speak with Ayal. He was very helpful and definitely listened to all our needs. No thanks to Covid-19 our door installation was delayed but Ayal kept in touch and was always available to speak to us. He instantly made us feel like old friends.
The doors are finally in. They are perfect. The installers were very accurate and professional. They were on time and did not dilly dally around. They cleaned up after themselves and were so pleasant.
It was a great experience and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Delco provided all the exterior doors for our new home build. Ayal was great and the company is very customer service oriented. The doors look beautiful, the hardware is high end and the install went very well. Overall we are very happy with the product and service.

Our century home has been need of some upgraded doors for some time, and while we renovated the laundry room, we added new windows in the basement as well.

We contacted a few different door & window companies, but settled on dealing directly with a manufacturer. Ayal from Delco Windows was BY FAR most professional and honest and agreed to have a crew here once manufacturing was completed. He was straightforward about costs, without giving a big sales pitch about off season pricing and discounts etc. etc...

And, as promised, the first good weather break (in the late winter), the crew showed up, covered everything around and installed 2 exterior doors and 3 basement windows without rushing to finish, all in a single day. Cleaned up well and hauled all the mess away.

It is so refreshing to have contractors give an honest quote, show up on time, complete a job as promised and have courteous, respectful work crews finish a job... something that should be commonplace, but now becomes a nice surprise.!

(Even the extra work involved with reframing a couple of windows was reasonably priced and explained well before proceeding)

His installation team are incredible too. He was able to accommodate all our needs and is very timely and quick to answer any questions or concerns. He helped to guide us all the way through the buying process, from picking the best door for our house, to making sure we had the exact colour choice we wanted and all the features and benefits that would best meet our requirements. They have a huge collection of high quality doors and endless options for colour choice and hardware requirements. We went with a fiberglass door and sidelight and it has transformed the look of our house. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend them to everyone we know.
