We were very happy that Alex and his company were recommended by our friend/neighbour. He responded right away as we needed a quick install of a Tesla Wall Mount charging unit. Alex responded right away and did a review of the project and we were set! He's an excellent communicator - very important for me! Always available and answers calls/texts quickly. As soon as the unit was delivered, he was able to come hours later to install ... even though he had a very busy schedule. I would most definitely endorse Alex/Alkon Electric for any future/emergency electrical needs.

They cut drywall and ceiling to run new wire to a broken fixture. Put back drywall in one piece. Quick and efficient.

I would highly recommend Alex and Dimitri for residential electrical work. I had a number of job completed around the house, from a new bathroom fan, a ceiling light installation, a new outdoor GFI outlet and some new light switches. I didn't have a bathroom fan, but they went out to pick up a very good unit, came back and installed it the same day!
I am very happy with the results.
I also received a reasonable quote for a new electrical panel in the basement.

I needed some new wiring, moved fixtures, new switches, and an outdoor light for out behind the garage......and I needed it within a week. The Alkon team did a site visit, worked with me to revise the project so that it could match my budget, and then delivered on time within the next three days. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but I trusted them the most to get the work done and they did not disappoint. Real pros, both of them.

We invited Alkon to our house to see if they could improve some things which a previous contractor had done a little lazily.

After Alex and Demitri inspected the issues they provided their ideas and cost. I accepted the offer, told them what my preferences were and they went to work right away.

They were professional and fast and did a great job. Their ideas were great as was their work. They resolved 3 issues (installed new outlets and light switches while removing the previous shoddy work) in about 2 hours.

We would hire them again for sure.

Called alkon electric initially for a quote,on rewiring my basement. Dimitri showed up on time and gave us a estimate. We had 2 other quotes, but decided to go with alkon,because Dimitri gave us a good first impression,They completed the work in a timely and professional manner and stuck by the quoted estimate ,we would definitely use Alkon Electric in the future and refer them to anybody who needs a professional electrician.Thanks guys

I was unable to get three of the four lamps in my bathroom light fixture to work after replacing the bulbs. Alex solved the problem and the fixture is now working.

We needed to have a number of small electrical jobs taken care of before the holidays. Alkon were quick to respond to our request, confirmed all the details in advance and then did an excellent job. They even had to source a part when they saw the problem and did that without any extra charge. I highly recommend them.
