The bin that was recommended and provided was picked up and removed with no significant damage to the property, which was also appreciated. I Should Have Checked Home Stars First. If I had, I would never have chosen a junk removal company with a low score of 7.2. My experience choosing contractors has been very good and I have always chosen 9.0 plus. Their web site promised a pick up time, confirmation from driver, then a quote, then approval to haul away. They gave a time and I had a person at site for all morning. The driver didn't call, our man had to leave at noon and they didn't show until the afternoon. I estimated the load between 1 and 2 cu. yds. They charged for 4 cu. yds. and when I queried the cost and procedure by phone they said the website info was "not the way we operate" and if I wanted, they would dump the load back on the church property, and then hung up on me. They also operate under name of Fairlight Disposal.

On the hunt for a great bin company? Look no more my friends, Red bins is the way to go! My parents recently moved out of their home to downsize and move to Toronto, and were in need of a fast bin company that would basically come and take care of everything. Red bins was the best decision during the whole move! When I called to order, they gave me all of their rates and services. Very impressed with the service I received over the phone, but it didn't stop there. I booked a Junk Removal from Red bins as my parents are elderly and I would be moving their belongings from one place to another with no time to get everything done with the close date fast approaching. Red Bins showed up 15 min before the scheduled time (uncharged) and talked about their normal procedures, if I had any questions and their task. After a 5-10 min discussion, they got right to work and boy was I pleased. They were efficient, took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and when I returned a few hours later, they were putting everything in their truck. The home was spotless! Everything was removed while leaving that space clean as they tidied after themselves. So very pleased. When leaving they were respectful and wished us luck for our move. Great company, service was well priced and the people were exceptional. Service is all about personality. They definitely know how to make their customers happy. Thanks a ton Red bins.

My husband and I have had our home under renovation for the past few weeks and one of the tasks we needed to get done was hiring a bin company that we could trust to be able too accommodate us for the many exchanges we needed along the way. Finding a good bin company is not as easy as some people think so when I came across Redbins Disposal, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to cater to everything we needed and at one of the most competitive prices I could find on the internet (150 for rental and 95 per tonne). We have ordered 3 20yd bins to date and the service is AMAZING. I am so thankful to have found a company that cares so much about the customers and their project. The only reason I give this company a 4/5 in satisfaction is because I needed a 20yd bin recently and they were completely sold out so I needed to settle with a 14yd but in all, I am completely blown away with the service and care I experienced from this company. 100% true review and I would recommend this company to anyone doing anything from a small household project to a large project. This company is one above all. Their service was fast and effective while being very helpful along the way. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to begin renting or, like I, have used many companies and have not been satisfied until now. Red Bins did an excellent job with delivering my bin and answering any questions I had at time of order and during my rental period. The ladies in the office were amazing to speak with while the driver understood what I wanted and ensured that I was satisfied. This is now my go-to bin company, thank you for the very positive experience Red Bins!

We had the bin for one week. We filled a size 20 bin 3/4 full with some old furniture and other typical household junk. We were told that the fee of $150 would be charged, with an additional $95 disposal fee for each ton, which they claimed was the average cost. The final bill was over $400. They charged us for over 2 tons of garbage. Considering the time it took us to throw everything in there, it did not save us any money doing it ourselves. We have had junk removal companies come and pick up junk, without us lifting a finger, and the price was comparable. This company should be more informative and honest with their customers, and provide proof of tonage along with their invoices.

Red Bins is a division of Fairlight Disposal. Please see my review of Fairlight for more detail, but in a nutshell I had a very positive experience with Red Bins. Would definitely use them again.

We would suggest you stay away from this company. We had rented from Red Bins a 20yd bin to dispose of the hardwood we had removed during our renovation project. The bin was dropped off on the agreed date and time and we paid a deposit of $400 cash. We were told that once the container is removed and weighted, we will receive within 4-5 business days a statement and if appropriate a refund. We had the bin removed 2 days after drop-off. The rental for the bin was $150, and the price per tonne $95. The bin was filled with old (1/4" thick) hardwood we had removed, some 3/4" hardwood and 5 hollow doors, estimating the total load at 1.5 tonnes, which would have costed roughly $300. 3 weeks after the bin was removed, since we had not received any statement, we e-mailed Red Bins and were told by Anthony " Sorry that this invoice hasn't gone out yet. Since it was a cash sale it was in a different queue.Your total bill was for $440.02. You have a balance owing of $40.02. Please give us a call to make payment arrangements." We have e-mailed back asking them to send us the statement and proof of weight and haven't heard back from them at all, 2 weeks now since we e-mailed them. After getting burned we found an article in The Star regarding this company ( we are attaching the link)
