I called, they arrived promptly. It took time as they had to cut a new key and code a chip so it would start the car. The fob was then just used to unlock the vehicle. This was an older vehicle, and no longer made. They were very informative and knowledgeable on the car ignition systems and immobilizers and key chips

Stay away from them, they are in the business of misleading . Jacob came out and took my original hardware with him, not caring I could not lock my doors. Then I just wanted my locks back had to drive up to meet him at remote location.you do not want to use them

I had a door latch that was jammed and had to be broken into and replaced. Although the work was satisfactory and quick, the exorbitant charge and lack of professionalism tainted the whole experience.

I had an attempted break in at my home and needed to change and upgrade my locks asap; I called late in the evening, and even still, they arrived within 35 minutes and installed high security locks on all my doors, right on the spot. The service was excellent and thorough. I feel safer in my home knowing that I have high quality, high security locks to protect my house. I would definitely recommend!
