Sam was very courteous, when coming into the house his shoes were covered. He stayed in contact while I waited for an ordered part. Very flexible when it comes to availability. I enjoyed having him in the house, I will definitely call him again, and spread the word.

We called JSN Appliances Repair because we had issues with our washer and dryer. Sam was knowledgeable and courteous over the phone as well as when he showed up. He also accommodated us for the time we would want him to come on site. He explained to us how he will diagnose the problem and when he was done, he explained to us how we can take care of our washer and dryer so that they function optimally in the future. He is experienced, fair and enjoys his profession. I highly recommend him for others who, like us, need an honest and knowledgeable appliances services expert. I rate him a 10/10.

Called about fridge in the morning and explained problem. Ayman diagnosed possible parts needed and came that evening when he said he would with parts needed. The fridge was fixed that night without days of waiting. Sam called next day to follow up. Great service guys. Highly recommended.Thanks

Sam was very professional in diagnosing our dishwasher problem, he fixed it in a good timing and stayed there for a while to make sure that everything is ok...........he is very honest and his charging was so reasonable. Sam was very honest, fair and diagnosed the situation quickly. he phoned several times to confirm and discuss. He did try to fix the part, checked the price for a new one and confirmed that the seven hundred was silly for a seven year old part, so we will buy a new stove. We will use him again for sure. I have never had such good service in thirty five yeas of home ownership.
