I called about 5 roofing cos to quote on replacing my roof which was badly needed. One guy came and wanted about 25% deposit , the other firm would send someone in 4 weeks time to estimate etc. I made one call to Kevin Chong Roofing. Amanda was Awesome! They provided me a quote by reviewing my roof via a satellite app. which they emailed in a few hours. The job was done after a few days exactly as was quoted.

This is my 2nd time using their services. 1st time was in 2016 for my rental property and up till now no complaint. This time is my 5 year old house with a roof leakage. Called Kevin and arranged an inspection. Kevin recommended to change the roof for a better protection. Price is reasonable and really you pay for what you get. Kevin and his team came on a promised date and finished their work on time. Cleaned up was good. They are professional and they know what they are doing. Kevin and Amanda’s service is great and high efficiency. Highly recommended.

We used their services back on a beautiful hot day in July. Kelvin and his team came in on the promised date and finished a very sizeable roof in 12 hours. The cleanup was great, and pool did not suffer from any nails or debris. The work was done to perfection, and with many storms since, we are pleased to say that the roof has held up flawlessly. Dealing with Amanda and Kelvin was a true pleasure. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the third time I need to replace our roof and most satisfied. Refer from a friend this summer, we found Kelvin and his team are well organized, they knows what they are doing. Good workmanships and professional finishing, staffs are clean and friendly, well preparation before starting and clean up nicely after the job. Of course reasonable price. That’s why they did few houses on our street and completed punctually within a day.

While working on my neighbours house, Amanda came over to give us a quote. Kelvin is always on site and monitoring and supervising the work to make sure it’s done right. Amanda is sales, and to the point. No hassling and no sales pressure what so ever. Price is very fair. NO “this deal is only good if you decide now”, NO, “we have a special right now” and then jack up the price and pretend to give you a discount. Just too bad some company or weirdo is sad enough to take all their signs the day after they were put up on the lawns of houses they did on our street. They called when they said they would, came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. No money is exchanged until the job is complete.

Kelvin, Amanda and team did a great job! They came early, completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything. Great service and great price! The whole process was simple and painless!

the team showed up early for this project and worked throughout the blistering heat. This was a special job as our neighbour beside us was also having it done by kelvin and the crew. 2 bins, 2 truck, 2 vans, and 10 workers went at it and did a great job.
i was impressed to see kelvin and amanda right in the thick of it too, both were always on the roof inspecting and directing, throwing shingles into the bin, cleaning up.. just good to see.
i stayed out and watched them work in unison and they treated my property with respect.

We had changed our roof shingles about five years ago with a roofing company we used back then. After the shingles were changed, water leaked from the roof into the dining room ceiling which the previous roofing company tried but was not able to rectify. Therefore, we contacted Kelvin Chong Roofing Inc. to inspect our shingles and the leakage problem.

After inspecting, Kelvin showed us how the previous roofing company did not remove the previous roof shingles. They simply piled on new shingles on top of our old shingles which added weight onto our roof. Also, the previous roofing company didn't do the roofing job correctly, hence water was leaking from the roof into our dining room.

We decided to waste no more time with the previous roofing company, and hired Kelvin Chong Roofing Inc. to replace the shingles for our home. Now the water leakage problem has resolved! Working with Kelvin Chong's company gives me peace of mind.

Also, be sure to inspect all downspouts and make sure they are properly secured to the house's exterior wall. If they are not properly secured to the house's exterior wall, Kelvin Chong's team would be happy to help you secure them to the house on the day of the roofing job since their long ladders are already on site!

The company came early and worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire day. They completely cleaned up the entire area around my home as if nothing happened when they were finished. Amazing work and time spent ensuring the job on the roof was done with care and attention to detail.
