My whole experience with Direct Pro was professional and top quality. Eugene is knowledgeable and confident in his product - with good reason. After seeing other fiberglass doors that were supposed to look like wood, I was hesitant to go with this type of product. Eugene assured us the door would look great and he was right. The company delivered the product by the date and I told Justin he did an amazing job - it's clear and Direct Pro take pride in their work. Great experience overall.

I am very impressed on how fast the installation took place. It was the whole house and the installers did it just in 2 days. The guys are very organized and I have to say that Alex was fantastic. He was really great. I recommend Direct Pro, the salesman and the installers are great and very helpful.

Direct Pro did an excellent job installing my doors and windows. Tom was very professional in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I have. Justin installer did an excellent job and clean up after they were finished. I would recommend Direct Pro to my family and friends.

We were very pleased with the windows installed in our house and the work done by Direct Pro. They did exactly what they said they would do- came to their appointments on time, worked in the time they said it would take, got exactly the right size, and left the workspace clean and tidy. All in a friendly, pleasant manner; we will certainly have them again to continue our renovations.

This was my first experience with Direct Pro and it was a very positive one. I found the service, value and quality of products to be exceptionally good. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge, craftsmanship and work ethic of my installer Justin. I am delighted and complimented by many neighbours for my front door and for the improved aesthetics of my home.
