I am absolutely over the moon as my title states! I completed my full house of windows and doors for my new build with Direct Pro and it was a seamless process. From the knowledge of project schedules, design, budget and communication, they made my project an enjoyable one. Happily recommend to anyone I know.

My husband and I wanted to update some windows and doors in our home. We met with Eugene at Direct Pro; he was very patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really listened to what it was that we were looking for and what we envisioned our home to look like. The installation was completed in 3 days; Anton and his team were punctual, meticulous, and very friendly. We are extremely happy with the outcome!

We had all of our windows replaced with Direct Pro in the fall of 2023. We received quotes from 2 other companies. In the end, we chose Direct Pro because of what they could do for us, in terms of turnaround time and the trust we had in our their sales rep, Rick. The window quality and options available they offer are better than the other companies we initially spoke with. Rick was able to set us up with an auditing company who contacted us to set up the pre-inspection and post-inspection for the greener homes rebate, which saved us time having to do that ourselves. The installation team of Sergey and his crew were amazing. All of our windows were installed within the 2 days (only took them about 1.5 days to complete) and they look great!

I had six quotes and Direct Pro was by far the most competitive. Eugene is very knowledgable and I felt like he really understood what I wanted done and he didnt sugarcoat anything. This was a difficult install - two of the other companies that I called didn't even want to do the job. The installer, Max, had to cut the old double brick wall (our home was built in 1908) and enlarge the opening to fit the new bay window. Max did a great job! Fast, clean and great service. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Direct Pro Windows & Doors!

Yesterday we had a new front door installed by Direct Pro Windows & Doors. We went from a double door to a single door with two sidelights. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
