Cleanify

The man was great. I did not get to meet the woman as she was late or at least a lot later than him. They worked the full 4 1/2 hours and did just about all asked of them. They missed one item (inside of the microwave) but otherwise very good. The man was very professional and personable. I would like to hire him again.

Cleanify was running a promotion for a timed service for $149 for 5 hours. I was told that I could prioritize the areas that I would like cleaned. I had the service on May 1, 2014. The crew did a great job and I rated them 9 stars and would definitely use Cleanify again!

I have used Cleanify since December 2013. In January I changed my service from monthly to biweekly as I was finding a need for more cleaning to be done. The team is doing a great job and I am very happy with their service.

This is my first service with Cleanify. The team was very friendly, provided quality products and did an amazing job! I am looking forward to future cleaning services with Cleanify.

Worst cleaning service ever in Calgary and they shouldn't be surprised by this review. Arrived at 5:00 pm on a Friday night and left at 8:00 pm. Unacceptable! Bathroom and kitchen countertops not cleaned, only bathroom sinks. Vacuuming down the middle of the room only. We had to vacuum the whole house when they left and clean all the glass topped end tables. Cleaners were not trained. Worst thing was they put a stain on my bedroom carpet that I have tried 4 times to get out. It is expensive carpet and fairly new but do you think they will do anything about it??? It's been a week and no there is no offer to refund my money. I will need to get in professional carpet cleaners to see if they can get rid of it. I wish I had read the reviews first. I wouldn't have hired them.

Overcharged, over promised, under delivered should be in my opinion the slogan for the cleaning company named "Cleanify" Cleaners arrived very very late and did not have the courtesy to call us in advance or apologize for their tardiness. This ultimately made us late for appointments and committments we had the very same day. When they finally got to my apartment - over 3 hours late they asked to use my broom and other cleaning tools. Dust, debris, cobwebs were found after they left. This company "Cleanify" is very unprofessional and totally lacking customer service. I will never recommend this company but I will always remember the negative, unpleasant experience I had with the "so called" service manager. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not hire them, do not throw away your money.....

I paid for a move in/out clean to be done before we moved into our house. Took off work to meet the cleaners at the house, before we lived there. They showed up with minimal supplies, including no mop or vacuum. Found a broken swiffer wet jet in closet which they used over the entire house by spraying a solution they brought on the floor and rubbing it in, even in the bathrooms that I paid them to sanitize. They did not do appliances or wipe out drawers, which I paid for specifically. When I called the service to complain, I was repeatedly told they were checking into it and would call back and they kept putting me off. Then they said they would come back but it had to be within 5 days of the original cleaning, requiring me to meet them again at the house before I moved in. One person came the second time and vacuumed but said he didn't have time to mop, that I should call to reschedule. When I called, they said they only guaranteed one return to fix their mistakes. Very poor cleaning job and even worse customer service. $500 lesson.

I booked with Cleanify to help me with cleaning my apartment before moving. The cleaner was a bit late, but did a great job! It was easy enough to book and the price was good!
