During the "great ice storm" in Toronto in December 2013, Sean reconnected the outside "stem pipe" on the side of the house which needed repair before hydro could be reconnected. Extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend his services to all.

Sean came to install a new outlet we needed for upgraded washer/dryer. He was on time and professional. We were most impressed with the quality of the work - we were expecting to have to do a lot of repair afterward (as some drywall cutting was required), but he took the time to do the work in such a way that it was amazingly easy for us afterward. He is careful and quick, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Sean came to my residence to hard wire and install an exterior light fixture in the entrance to the basement unit of the property. He was professional, courteous and punctual. Although this job was small I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and will not hesitate to use him for larger jobs or recommend his services to friends.

I tried to install a dimmer switch myself and cut off power the bathroom. I called Carter Electrical and, even though he was super busy, he fit me in.

We have an old Toronto home which still had a few lines of knob & tube wiring, and several switches that no longer functioned also the house had only 60 amp service.
Carter electric replace all the knob & tube and upgraded the panel to 100 amp. They did it with minimal holes in the walls and really went the “extra mile” putting extra outlets where there was none and ceiling fixers in rooms that had none. They cleaned up after the job; they were on time, very professional and offered incredible service. Definitely “5 Star” service and everything works perfectly.
