Ancoe Property Inspections

Being a little weary of recommendations we had for inspectors from our realtor and friends (as opinions can be biased for plenty reasons) we decided to go with Ancoe for our home inspection. From speaking to Tony initially he informed me of what he will be mainly looking for and what he will be doing. We arrived at the home a little tardy and Tony was already on the roof inspecting! We have nothin but good words to say and a great experience on top of that! Tony is very thorough and encourages you to be by his side throughout the whole inspection. Very professional with his opinions, advice, and suggestions. This was a great experience as my husband was able to take in all the information that Tony provided with things he did not know. There are a lot of things to consider and to keep an eye out when inspecting your home, which can be overwhelming. Tony provided us a binder of all the things he covered that day including pictures, descriptions and recommendations. I will recommend Ancoe to anyone as he has great knowledge of his trade and also worth the money and experience! Thanks Tony!

We could not have asked for anything mor from our home inspection done by Tony. He went through the inspection very thoroughly and with incredible attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable in all areas and was helpful in answering all questions. He sent the report promptly and also offered tips,recommendations and answers to questions he was unsure about. Tony showed up before us and was already working. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he went along. He took his time and went above and beyond Ancoe's standard inspections. I received an email with the report almost right away and then within a couple days got the binder hard copy in the mail. My agent was very impressed and will recommend Tony to future clients. Tony was right on time. Very knowledgable explained any issues that required immediate attention and made recommendation on things I should do.
