Acme Home Inspections did an inspection of my apartment. After the inspection they gave me a very detailed report. They even explained the report to me in person to make sure I had a full understanding of the inspection done. I am very pleased with this company's work as I feel they did an excellent job. I was recommended this company by my realtor and would most definitely recommend them to others!

Acme Home Inspections did a great job with inspecting a condo I was interested in buying. They did an amazing job as everything was well explained to me and I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. I was completely satisfied with the work done and truly feel that they did everything necessary in the inspection.

I was referred Acme Home Inspections by my real estate agent and felt that their work was a very typical house inspection prior to moving in. I am a handy person myself and found that their work was only average. I felt the work was not detailed enough and there was a limited amount of time they had to look at the place. However, I did find the company to punctual as they arrived on time and their work to be tidy.

Acme Home Inspections spent about 3 hours running all the appliances, fixtures, made sure there were no leaks, and checked the every single power outlet to make sure things worked properly. They checked the cracks on the walls and the ceilings and even checked around all the windows in the house. I feel like I really got my moneys worth with this company as it was great to be in the place for a few hours with someone who could overview the entire home. I asked many questions and was given in-depth responses. I was also given a very detailed report at the end of the inspection. I needed a house inspection in very short notice and Acme Home Inspections was able to come early! Not only did Acme Home Inspections inspect my condo, but they also looked at some of the common areas in the building to inspect the things that affect me directly such as the hot water tank. I have already recommended this company and would continue to! I had a great experience working with this company.

I was fairly dissatisfied with Acme Home Inspection. I felt they did not do the thorough or full inspection that was needed and expected in the house. For example they did not check the ceiling, dry wall, or the water pressure. I got the house inspection prior to moving into the house and only found some of the issues after I had moved into my new place. A major issue was with the water, as when you open the capsule there isn't much pressure. This is a problem in pretty much half of the house (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, main kitchen, basement kitchen). I believe that sort of thing should have been covered during their inspection. Despite the problems I encountered with this company I found the company to be clean, neat, and on time.

Acme Home Inspections did an amazing job! They spent about 3-4 hours going through every little detail to inspect a house I was interested in buying. At first, my real estate agent met with Acme Home Inspection as I couldn't arrive until later. When I arrived, they took the time to go over everything with me. As this was the first house I was living in on my own I had lots of questions to ask. They were well mannered and there were no "dumb questions" as far as they were concerned. The company spent their time to point out all the little problems and were prepared to answer all the questions I had in great detail. Despite the fact the price was a little higher, it was well worth it! I would recommend this company with no problem as I found their work to be phenomenally exceptional!
