Castel Mare Marble Care Ltd.

We had Castel-Mare grind our marble floor to a semi-polish finish. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Curtis was a pleasure to work with, he had a great attitude, and truly aimed for perfection. We look forward to working with them again in the future, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Castel - mare was recommended to us for new marble floors that were roughly installed. Their efforts made the floor look great. some areas were very challenging and they were forced to be more aggressive and use epoxy grout. the new epoxy matches the grout nicely. great personnel and no extras.

They were very accommodating and a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned up well and their work was exception. They were able to make our kitchen counters sparkle and our marble floors returned to their lustrous sheen. thank you.

I had a bad nail polish spill in my bathroom with marble floors. The team at Castel-Mare did a great job in fixing my bathroom floor and making it look new again. They were responsive, organized and super friendly!

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this company....felt like we were dealing with kids. Our floor is old and that can cause some surprises along the way, but these guys just kept making more and more mistakes. They didn't properly quote the job in the first place, they attempted to increase the cost mid-way through the job (luckily I had an email with the original quote), they left razor blades behind, they didn't clean the floor properly before sealing it (the first time around), they didn't properly drape off the house while removing grout and our whole house (ducts included) was a complete mess, there were scratches from the pads that we had to ask them to fix over and over again, and they had to come back many times to fix everything. A messy job, a long job, a ridiculous headache, and a battle to get the floor done to meet our expectations. Only reason I gave them 1 star is because they actually completed the job and didn't run away.
