Wildlife Removal

Sande was prompt, knowledgeable, curtious, and successful in removing squirrel(s) from our home by setting up trap doors and eventually repairing holes in our roof. Id call him again anytime but trust I wont have to.!

Squirrel removal from a attic is easily done with proper one way door set up. A full exterior inspection of the home first lets us know not only the entry point but also other weak areas that should be secured. Eviction of Squirrels from Roof

It's refreshing to hire someone like Sande from AAA Wildlife Control who knows their business well, completes the work in a professional manner, goes beyond what id being requested and stands by their worl. Now, that's customer service.

Sande made sure to check for baby squirrels and parents before he sealed up the nest area. Sande also fixed some shingles that were loose / damaged and took pictures before and after of all work completed.

I would and have recommended AAA Sande Wildlife Control to friends, family or anyone who is in need of a humane way to evict wildlife around your property.

WILDLIFE REMOVAL TORONTO has to be highest population of Squirrel's anywhere in Ontario. With Squirrel's giving birth to babies twice a year, it's always best to hire a service that provides humane removal. Many complaints come in every baby season with customers calling about dead Wildlife somewhere in their house. The worst part about this is the majority of the time the dead bodies can't be found, which if done right from the beginning customers wouldn't have to live with a noxious smell in their house for months.
With various procedures our Wildlife Control services can humanely remove Squirrel's. The use of one way doors always gets any mobile Squirrel's out, however, physical removal of baby Squirrel's under 5 1/2 weeks is mandatory. Any baby's removed are then placed in a temporary shelter for the mother to relocate herself.

RACCOON REMOVAL FROM UNDERNEATH a UPPER DECK is no problem for our Wildlife services. Even though some very bad work was done previously before us, we fix what we can and secure the rest of the deck with quality galvanized screen. With the upper deck now secured with a one way door, the only thing left for us to do is to come back to remove the one way door and secure the entry point. Raccoon under deck

Inspection

Home Inspection review in Toronto

Sande is the guy if you need a pest control expert. Very easy to contact him and book an inspection. He gave me a time range and even called a bit earlier to inform me of his location and confirm his arrival time -- very professional. Sande inspected the house and gave very detailed comments and advices. He went the extra miles by removing leafs from the gutter when he inspected the roof, informing me of a crack on my chimney and a poorly done patch on my flat roof. I know now and can be prepared for these in the future. I kept asking him questions and he took the time to answer them all. Thank you Sande! I highly recommend AAA Sande Wildlife Control.

Secured skunk entry point

Skunk Removal in North York is a service that comes with quality workmanship. As you found out Skunks are very good diggers and can even get underneath interlocking brick to get underneath any foundation, especially a shed. With the screen around the other sides of the shed as well as the metal flashing, you should be free of any Slunk living under the shed again. Racoon removal from attic

Mother Racoon had removed vent screen, disconnected ducting and had a litter in the attic.
Entry point was located, noise source introduced to successfully induce animals to relocate , and all repaired to good order.

In some cases when Raccoons seek shelter in your attic to have their babies there's no access to the attic. With our vast knowledge in dealing with Wildlife we've acquired certain tricks to get the mom to take the babies out herself. Surprisingly the use of white noise from a radio tends to work quite often as it disrupts the mothers sleep. With the one way door now removed and the entry point secured, you will be tenant free from Wildlife getting back in that way again.
