Awesome Person. They did the complete inspection. Send the full detail reporting the proper images. Also advised us, what needs to be replaced. Saved me $10,000 and I am able to negotiate with seller.

Great feedback. I got an additional inspection on top of a sellers inspection. You can never be too careful. They provided a clear report with enough detail. This along with feedback on the sellers inspection report and I was able to plan accordingly while making my purchase with confidence.
