John and his team were incredible through the whole installation and start up process. They efficiently installed the system in one day, and returned to show us how to use the digital controller and app scheduling. They went over and above. From Day 1 they were very professional with customer services regarding maintaining the commitment regarding start date, follow-up and complication the project with agreed dates. The time had come to install a sprinkler system. John and his crew and provided a first rate installation of a sprinkler system at our family home. I have done 3 install with John and he is always prompt. On a number of occasions, I had the need for after service issues, such as, re-deploying sprinkler heads, or change the types of sprinkler; in addition to closing and opening annually. John has always stepped up to the plate and deliver, exceeding our expectations. Highly recommend.

No need to call anyone else for your irrigation needs . You may you may as well get a few quotes but I can guarantee you will choose john and team. He is professional , knows what he’s doing, suggested best options, always kept me informed and was available via phone call anytime. What’s more outstanding is how john adjusted ( of course when your trenching no one knows what underground and we ran into an old flag stone patio from a long time ) john had to do some extra unexpected work to do this , I offered him extra money but the guy wouldn’t take it !! His answer , no problem only solutions !! He went above the call of duty on my job and pivoted at last minute when we wanted to adjust by not placing a sprinkler in the middle of an area where a future pool may be. He mad an extra zone to shut off and discontinue if required down the road . Again john says no problem only solution ! Thanks john and crew ! After spending two hours almost every day watering our front yard, garden beds and back yard over the last few years during peak summer months, we met with some of the top irrigation contractors to help us design and install a sprinkler system that could be automated and conserve water at the same time. John was very professional and patient to not only understand what our challenges are but to recommend what might work better based on our needs at the most competitive price. John took the time to explain how a dripline is better suited for certain needs against a sprinkler for some of our garden beds. The crew arrived on time and were done in under 4 hours. They took the time to demonstrate the system and how to configure the same through a convenient phone app and manually. John uncovered an issue with the app connecting to Wi-Fi once the work was complete and did not accept any payment until the issue was fully resolved which was later the same day. I would recommend Green Valley Irrigation for your Sprinkler needs.

A new water replacement was being done on our street & in process tore up approximately 6' of my sprinkler system installed by Green Valley irrigation. John came to my rescue on Thanksgiving Sunday & completed the repair as well as blow out my system for winter storage. This is a firm that fully stands behind their product & gives above average service.

John and his crew were great. They were on time, great pricing and knew exactly what they needed to do based on our agreement. The sprinkler system works great with the new wifi control system and the lawn is fantastic. We also installed a drip line for our hedges and garden. One of the most important things about this job is they didn’t damage anything and other than the new sod and sprinklers, everything was left the exact same way as when they arrived. They did a great job and would definitely recommend John and his crew to family and friends.
