The issue resolved the day after the neighbours hired Jarrod. There will forever be a special place in my heart for this man, as the amount of stress that those little critters caused in my home, and for my tenant, was incredible. I may even show up at his funeral to sing his praises. I have told him he should definitely raise his prices, so.... quick, hire him now before he takes my advice!
