Gorgeous Table and Chairs, Speedy Delivery!
Bought a gorgeous table and chairs just before Christmas, Thought there might be a delay due to the time of year but no, all delivered on time. Fab condition

Vanaik's Delivery guys broke kid's portrait size picture frame while delivering the mattress and salesperson or owner never apologized or followed up. Falsely promised by salesperson (Karan and Akashdeep) that they will talk to the owner and someone will call back. Never received any calls. They have no sense of basic customer service and get same answer when I keep calling back. I should have kept couple of hundreds dollars due on delivery but they keep calling you until you pay the full amount and never call to follow up on their mistake as they don't care.
I planned to buy more stuff from them earlier but never recommending anyone to Vanaik furniture, let alone buying anything from them again. Worst customer service ever !!! Buyer's beware of this store. They have no sense of customer service especially once everything is paid.

Bought a sofa and loveseat from them customized with the fabric I chose from their catalogue. It turned out well and delivery was in 8 weeks which they said it was from 6 to 8 weeks. When it arrived, it had nail pops on the side which hurt my kids when he accidentally ran his fingers through the back of the seat. I asked for a technician to come by and fix it but he never came and upon follow-up, they advised us that we can just hammer it back in place. After 3 weeks, we found that the zipper at the back had burst open. I brought in the cushion back and they said that it would take 1 to 2 weeks. But it was now over 3 weeks and nothing yet. They only care about the sale, not the quality nor the service. They do not accept refunds nor returns either. Better make sure that you know that these people are not good in after sales servive.

Purchased Bedroom Set from this store. The most uncorteous customer service i have experienced i my whole life. The store manager dictate their terms in the utmost rude behaviour, what can you expect from these people. This is the last purchase i have ever made and never ever think of going to this store even in worst dreams

Delievered a defected dinning table, tried call after call but the owner and manger wouldnt return our $2300 dollars back and wouldnt change our DEFECTED dinning table, manager shouts and is so ill mannered! NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THERE!

The owner of the store is super nice and the quality of the products are very good!
Also they provide deliver and set up service included in the whole package. Their service is the best service I have had.
The last but not the least, it is also a good deal!

Good company, very warm sales person. I just placed a order for complete bedroom set, i like them, cause they have a lot of options, change this, change that, god, i spent 2 hours with my family in their store to decide, it is not easy to make decision to buy $3100 bedroom set, but with sales help, i finally made decision, and i have bedroom set delivered today, only can say that i love it, it is same as i expected., color is what i like, basically, everything is same as they promised. thanks Vanaik, this is very good furniture for my new home. and cause this is my first home, and have a beautiful furniture, i like it. thanks, i will shop again

I purchased a sectional sofa and it arrived in a timely manner. It was missing a pillow but the company was quick to remedy the problem. Very impressed with the management team

Bought Ashley bedroom set at a good price. I enquired at other stores too but found best price here. Don't know why there are negative comments here, I had a good experience of after sales service. Must be done by competition ;)

VANAIK Furniture does not care, guarantee or stand behind their products. Their furniture is defective, poor quality and unusable. They do not care about customer service, customer satisfaction or following through with their customers or products. To date,I have never dealt with any company that is getting away with such actions and treatment. We feel, as seniors, that we have been taken advantage of and ignored by VANAIK. After visiting the Pickering store many times, telephoning ALL the VANAIK stores, writing letters for help and even Contacting the Ministry of Consumer Services we have NOT received any action from VANAIK.
We have presently written to CTV CONSUMER ALERT-Pat Foram to intervene in this matter. We will not ignored by VANAIK!
