In February of 2018 I purchased some wainscot and interior columns from Elite Trim works for a DIY project at my home . The staff was very helpful and informative. The product shipped out within days and was received with the exact contents that were described. Installation was easy and the you tube videos were a great help.

We are very pleased with the finishes in our house. Our dining room wainscoting turned out so well, we decided to continue the rest of our project with them. We ended up with a customized order, and the end result, is wonderful.

Customer service was great - they answered all my extensive questions and made suggestions that worked better for my project and worked with my timeline! They went above and beyond what I expected ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for doors and columns!

I had many problems with these people and every time i have to convince them that their work was not done properly, they try to blame it on us and not admitting their mistakes. Not satisfied with the staff attitude, they make mistakes and do not finish on time and they are not willing to say sorry and treat the customer very arrogantly.
