Citywide Sundecks

Very professional, competitive pricing, friendly and COVID procedure aware team. Paul was very helpful in giving suggestions to create the look I wanted as well as keeping well within the budget.

Our 25 year old wood/fiberglass deck was showing rot and needed a new surface and new railings. We chose Citywide because they were one of the few to offer a wide range of colours on the aluminum railings, which was a must-have for us (we wanted a non-standard green). The demo/carpentry crew was very prompt, friendly, and professional and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. We had a new surface to sit on within two weeks! The railings took a bit longer - custom production - but once ready were installed in about 30 minutes. We are very happy with the end result - looks fantastic! . One note: the original quote did not include the extra carpentry required to replace rotted wood - this added about 30% to the expense (we were prepared) and Citywide did discuss this with us - however, they didn't give us a cost estimate of the repair work. It didn't bother us, but if you are on a tight budget then be sure to ask for numbers when such discussions happen.

bottom line: would not hesitate to use them again; definitely recommend Citywide.

The total refurbishing of the existing sundeck frame, vinyl flooring and hand railing looks fantastic. They did a great quick job of removing the old vinyl and replacing with Duradek vinyl. The two workers were done in one day and they did an expert job.

The city wide team came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up upon leaving the job site. Our siding installer requested one further add on, and city wide returned within two hours and completed it at no charge. Good service guys.

Not only that, but they heeded our request to push it forward so it would be done before the new year, even working over the holidays. The project finished on schedule and the patio is re-sloped and sealed beautifully.
