Rock Bottom is the best contract company out there. Prices are reasonable staff are friendly. Jamie is fantastic to deal with and returns calls promptly. Deon is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to solve any and all problems relating to your project. Our underpinning was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Other contractors can learn a great deal from rock bottoms customer service and quality of work.

The quote was detailed, and very thoroughly outlined the scope of work that we were agreeing on. (Price was great too!!) Rockbottom’s workmanship, customer service, team and overall final product was excellent! The project consisted of a full underpin of my existing basement, new water service and sewer main, and a large/complicated back addition. Dion and Jamie were always easily accessible and ensured the project ran efficiently and to budget. Rock Bottom was great, they are transparent with the costs and extra costs, they work closely with the structural engineer and were available to us for suggestions and questions. The in floor heating they installed was complemented by our heating contractor, so that's proof in and of itself! Would recommend.

Excellent service and workmanship. Personnel was very knowledgeable and accommodating with schedule updates. Project was on time and on budget which is all you can ask for.

Made good on most of their promises initially. Good trouble shooting and problem solving abilities. They were able to complete to job quickly and came back to resolve small issues in a timely manner however once they received the full payment the did not return calls and promised to bring additional promotional materials but did not. The concrete did crack in multiple spots upon drying which I was told is likely to happen however they offered no advice or assistance and explained that it is not their field. There were some inconsistencies which I expected in an old building so I'd have to rate service as okay but falls short of great. I ended up contacting another concrete company that fixed everything for incredibly cheap.
