Both Susan and Curt took the time to provide me with useful information and tips for the efficiency of my thermostat and furnace. I am a big fan of Jamison Furnace from my previous experience and I was always happy with the service Curt and Susie provide.

My furnace stopped working right in between two cold spells and I was worried it was going to be a major repair or the dreaded furnace replacement.

When I called Susie at Jamison Furnace I was worried it was gonna be days before my request for service was going to be addressed and I was very happy to find out Curt was in the area and would be able to accommodate me on such a short notice.

20 short minutes later Curt was at my door ready to help and 45 minutes later my furnace was working again!

I appreciate Curt for his honesty and trustworthiness, his experience and wanting to get the job done right the first time.

Great service! Excellent booking and lots of phone calls to confirm the time and try to get us in earlier. Came on time, was very quick and efficient, explained a lot to us. The only thing was we knew the service was $180 for the first hour but we didn't know the part was going to be $180 as well, until we got the invoice.

The staff and tech at Jameson were amazing to deal with. Susan on the phone was helpful with giving advice to help troubleshoot the problem. She was also transparent on giving an ETA for when the Tech (Curt) would arrive. As soon as Curt arrived he thoroughly explained the issue and provided a step by step guide on how to fix the issue on my own if the problem where to happen again. Curt also caught the ignitor was at the end of it's lifespan and was able replace it before it failed. Overall I'm pleased and would highly recommend Jameson.
