Sundeck Solutions did an AMAZING job redoing our deck, railing, and stairs. I met Marc at the Spring Home Show 2015. He impressed me as honest, hard working, dedicated and very knowledgeable. I say this as I think I visited every booth featuring decks at the Show, and Marc definitely stood out for me. He promptly visited our home and quoted the job. He had great ideas, and a great product. Once we committed, he and his crew did the work on schedule as per the quote - the result is a beautiful, high quality deck, We chose vinyl decking, that looks like planks, which is really impressive to see - I am confident in saying that any deck Sundeck Solutions does would be equally great. I have no doubt that Marc will stand behind the product, should any problems arise - he is just that kind of guy, and it is that kind of company!

Sundeck Solutions installed a custom welded aluminum handrail at my new home recently. I chose their services because they were able to provide a close match to the trim with the powder coating and we chose the double top rail to compliment the architecture of the house. Having more options available plus the superior build quality I felt was worth an upgrade from what the builder was offering as a standard product. We are very pleased with the results.

We love the new deck that Sundeck Solutions installed. Our home is a new build and we look forward to enjoying the large main deck and a smaller one off the sun room. After a lot of research and numerous quotes for the replacement of a 17 yr old vinyl deck, we chose to work with Mark based on competitive pricing , product selection and past customer reviews. We had lots of questions going into this project and their answers always made sense - no attempts to up sell us. The installers were courteous , hardworking and left the site tidy. The amazing part was the owner Mark who followed up 30 mins after the install was finished and 2 days later to get our feedback - That was great. Sundeck delivered a great service .

We were happy with our Sundeck experience from quote to completion. They were the only vinyl deck company that didn't try to upsell us on the vinyl or the drains. Every other company wanted to sell us $250 drains which, in my opinion, were completely unnecessary. All their staff knew their jobs, and communicated well, so we were never left guessing about the pricing, process or timeline. The carpenter was awesome. We decided to install the new railing ourselves, and got plenty of helpful advice. I hesitate to recommend most contractors because there is always some hitch, but not with these guys. I highly recommend Sundeck Solutions for your vinyl deck project!

Our house was built 16 years ago, and the deck was rotting and starting to fall apart. Marc was prompt with a quote which we felt was reasonable, compared to several quotes we had obtained last year, but had not acted on. Marc was very sincere and seemed to know he was doing.His crew came by to tear down and remove the old deck. Within one day, they cleaned the site, removed the old lumber, and swept the patio area clean under deck area. The framing and plywood decking were install in another two days, and then the "decksmart" vinyl was laid down. We also opted for soffit and facia to be installed, because it is a 'walk out" underneath. Due to the weather, the "white metal, powder coated" railings were installed the following week, but all the while Marc called and kept us informed of the schedule the project was on. We now have a beautiful new, functional deck. that should last considerably longer than the "homebuilder quality" that we replaced.

This is our 2nd project completed by Sundeck. We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship. Both projects were completed on time and budget. We would highly recommend this company.

I had an extremely damaged deck during the heavy rain in Calgary 2013, The deck needed immediate repair but no contractors had the time. I contacted Sundeck and had Marc out to quote and give advice on what I could do myself within a day of contacting the company. The deck vinyl was ready to go as soon as I had finished repairing the deck (Chose to do it to save on cash, although sundeck was ready to do it for me immediately had I asked). Railing came directly after. All in all the turn around on the project was extremely quick, the quotes I received were very accurate and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for work on a deck.
